This company is absolutely amazing. Over a year ago I saw direct computers on Facebook and at the time i was looking at getting a gaming pc but I didn’t really know to much, so I sent them a message on Facebook explained my situation and what I was looking for, what sort of games I wanted to play ect, I gave them my budget and soon after he came back with some amazing specs for an amazing build that would do exactly what I was looking for they even managed to include a monitor and a gaming keyboard and mouse combo with mat all without going a penny over budget, incredible right. Over a year later to now, because direct computers did such an amazing job I decided to get back in contact with them because I wanted some hardware upgrades for my pc, again I explained what I was looking for and what my budget was, a short time after D.C came back with some unbelievable upgrades for my budget I couldn’t believe it, I also requested a certain upgrade but direct computers suggested another better option that would give me the same performance and save me £200. so I agreed they even got my current pc picked up from my address they also run an amazing trade in service that also saved me a lot of money, they got the upgrades done within 2days and it was back to by the weekend and when it came I couldn’t believe it, it’s an absolute beast I call it the renegade, it was a whole new pc pretty much the packaging was amazing, it was in pristine condition, brand new case, liquid cooled, bigger ram swap, new upgraded motherboard, new stronger psu, and when it’s on it makes it all worth it I would definitely use direct computers again and I can’t recommend them enough, the customer service was amazing the sales team was amazing they walked me through all my options, they answered any questions I had and constantly kept in contact to keep me updated, I wish I could post a photo so you could see their work 11/10🔥

When my very old computer finally died and the hard drive became very badly damaged Direct Computers managed to rescue most of the files and then transferred them successfully on to a new hard drive. As I am a bit of a technical dinosaur they found a laptop very similar to the one I had been using and Joshua very patiently gave me a tutorial on using Windows 11 which was new to me. Later when I had problems setting up my laptop/printer connection he spent a long time on the phone guiding me through the process. I cannot rate the quality of the work and the excellent and patient service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service and fabulous customer support after I decided I didn't like my first laptop. Explained everything and were so helpful and kind. Excellent prices, service, laptop condition, delivery 👏 If there was more than 5/5 these guys deserve it! Can not recommend enough A*****

All my transactions were through email because i was looking for a pcie cable for my setup and they did get me one! Now my pc is up and running again. Glad i chose to ask help from them rather than risking it somewhere else. Bought my gaming setup from them as well years back! Thanks dc!

Fast delivery all good super excited for new Motherboard

Fantastic company! Would definitely recommend they went above and beyond. I was called after I placed my order to go through everything and check that what I'd ordered was in fact what I needed! It wasn't and they talked me through everything and recommended what I needed to make my purchase work the way we needed it too! As I ordered this for my sons birthday and was late ordering they prioritised my order and I recieved it 2 days after our phone call, well in adavcne of my sons birthday! Thank you so much guys, really appreciate it!

Excellent service as always
Following my PC dying, Direct Computers identified the issue as the graphics card, it was promptly replaced and I ended up having my processor replaced while they were at it. Great service, great price, fast turnaround.

Amazing again. Purchaced 2 fans to fit in the Game pc we got of DC just for extra cooling well the customer service is the best out there prompt reply and go the extra mile to help in any way they can. I will now not shop anywhere but here for upgrades. Joshua is super helpfull even after all my emails im sure he was like what again. But super company Thanks all.

I LOVEEEEEE direct computers already recommended all my friends to get their pcs from them i can be a handful but their customer service is impeccable I contacted them via email, online chat and phone calls and each time I was helped in a very friendly yet professional way and the pc came very fast even thought it was a custom build. Quick easy and simple process, customer service onpoint to handle any issues if they arise. I personally had a great experience form them, and will be buying for them again.

All round excellent service and assistance from Joshua who was knowledgeable and helpful at the buying stage and first class setup of the final PC. It's beautiful and super quiet even with all the fans going. All that I asked for and more at a good price.

Brought a "opened box " monitor , price was decent and it arrived exactly as described brand new just an open box.
Delivery was also super quick and I reached out before with a few questions and always got a quick response .
