Direct Action Training met all of our first aid course needs. They were efficient in their communication and their prices were very competitive. The tutor was thorough and professional demonstrating great subject knowledge; she was also able to create a solid rapport with the group. I will be using Direct Action Training again for future training needs and I would recommend them to others.

Claire at direction action training responded quickly to emails and was brilliant with organising sessions around our very strict timetable. Both trainers that came in to deliver over our multiple programmes were fantastic, the engagement they had with our young people was brilliant and when getting feedback from our young people it was one of their favourite sessions they'd completed whilst doing the NCS programme. We will definitely be using direct action training again.

The course was interesting
The course was interesting, with new updates from previous knowledge. Due to Covid there were restrictions which did detract from the practical aspects, especially for anyone new to 1st aid.The group did their best to keep it lighthearted and luckily there was a couple who could demonstrate some of the physical areas together.(and provide good material for their wedding)
The tutor was a bit rushed from arriving late and finding his projector not working and this didn't help his delivery. Some of the examples for injuries in the sports we were covering could have been researched better and this would have led to a more targeted session while still covering the basics.
