I ordered a home alarm system last week. Payment was immediately taken but no confirmation of order has followed and certainly no indication of delivery date. Phone calls have gone unanswered. Starting to wonder whether I've been scammed - it's either that or just v poor customer service.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. They advertise items as “in stock” on their website, take your payment, and only after you chase them do they admit the item was never available. In my case, it was a lock I urgently needed — they accepted my order and money, but never informed me it wasn’t in stock.
I had to contact them multiple times to get the truth. I spoke with someone named Chris, who was extremely unprofessional and refused to provide his full name or role in the company. It felt completely dodgy.
I’ve now opened a case with my bank to recover the money.
Avoid this company – misleading practices and poor customer service.
