Overall my experience was good
Overall my experience was good. I was a little disappointed that we paid extra for the shipping and the package was delayed and arrived two days late. My daughter did not have her shoes for her first indoor tournament. I was able to follow the shipping and knew it was delayed several days in the same place so that helped me know that she would not have them in time. Once the package arrived, everything was good and I am happy with the purchase and the quality of the shoes was great.

I tried to cancel my order several times, by filling out a form and emailing the company, with no response and no cancel. I realized I no longer wanted the bag I ordered, as it was missing something essential to me wanting this specific bag, but now I’m stuck with it because they wouldn’t respond to my email.
