Quick response to telephone calls, operatives very helpful and knowledgeable , the only policy renewal I have made recently where the cost hasn't risen, in fact it reduced.

I hope that I never need to use this but....
I hope that I never need to use this insurance. Purchasing it could not be easier and over the years that I have been using it I must have saved a small fortune in avoiding the car rental high price alternative insurance. Keep up the good work Direct Car Excess.
