I threw it away after two days. Couldn't face calling them. The whole bed was stapled, one of the drawers was broken and the bottom of the bed was wrapped in black plastic like the one ikea bags are made of but of worse quality. I read the reviews by accident (my fault, for some reason I trusted wowcher) but I didn't cancel and lost £210. An expensive lesson learnt. I wasn't expecting a brilliant bed (which I eventually got from Ikea) but this company should not be allowed to trade. Appalling.

Never ever will I use this company again. 71% bad reviews and I sure as hell know why.! After getting a bargain on wowcher for a Kingsize Divan Bed set Mattress and Headboard i was thrilled. Bed came fine one hiccup but all and all delivery was fine bed looked amazing. Till I slept on it! Then things just started going down hill. Springs poking through, the base collapsing into it self Mattress finally calling it a day and just sunk like a sink hole. I had the bed 9 months! From the 2nd month problems arised. But no contact back from the company. Now I'm left with a messed up back and a unusable bed. So thank you Dining Table/Furniture Italia whatever you calling yourself. Disgraceful.

The worst beds ever. The base literally collapsed the week we got it. It's basically cardboard. The mattress was just as bad. I'm not a big girl and the springs were buckled within a few days. Headboard didn't even connect properly. And I've not been able to contact them for a refund so lost all my money. Avoid at all costs

At the moment I do not even want to give one star. Bought the Radley divan from bed.uk with orthopedic and memory foam mattress. Put it up the weekend and it is absolutely awful. Within 2 nights you can feel the springs which boing every time you move. The side I sleep on has sunk and my back is worse than ever. Even on your side the springs dig into you. I have never experienced anything like it. Spoke to Shal today who said Nicky or Raz would call me back today and heard nothing. This mattress is like something you would buy off an ex prison hospital. Disgusting as they say the original cost is nearly £800.
I will update you as to whether they get back to me. I am so upset as all I wanted was a proper sleep in a new bed. By the way I am 8 stone 4 so it is not weight. My back and sides are in bits. My original 10 year old mattress was 100 times better. Do not buy unless you want utter discomfort. Bought off Wowcher but the manufacturer you buy from is diningtables, furniture Italia or beds.co.uk!!!!! Obscene!
I have said I will give them 3 days since I spoke to them. It's now day 2 early hours because I cannot sleep in my own bed!!!! I'm raging. One day left for response

I received an email saying that I could pick a delivery date so I did. I received a text the day before with a delivery slot and the bed came promptly. I read so many bad reviews I was terrified for it to come however the bed is great and the mattress is great! A bit on the cheaper side but you get what you pay for and once assembled looks great on my bedroom! Would recommend this place don’t let the reviews put you off because I’m really happy with the service and have had no issues with my bed, and the delivery driver was polite also.

I bought a bed and had a couple of problems. However Nikki from Support Team was absolutely fab and sorted everything very quickly. I’ve read some terrible reviews but I received very good service. Delivery guys were very helpful and polite also.

Purchased via Wowcher £180 3000 pocket pillow top mattress. Mattress is nothing like the mattress which was eventually delivered. Wowcher said contact this seller and they have basically said images are for illustration purposes so don’t have to deliver what you are expecting to receive.

Delivery not made on first booked out day, (day off for nothing). Second attempt not made within slot but did receive eventually at 8.30pm.

Wish I had done my homework first and read reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I did complain and was then sent terms of purchase which I had not had the delight of viewing until I wanted a refund!

I. Purchased a king size mattress thru wowcher from this so called company who trade as furniture Italia and dining tables .co.uk first mattress arrived left on my doorstep wrong mattress second mattress arrived wrong mattress now my patience wearing thin nothing like the one advertised on wowcher after numerous phone calls email to wowcher and photos and emails to so called furniture italia I was informed that there great customer support agreed with me didn’t know how it happened and would get to the bottom of it so I waited finally email very sorry didn’t know how it happened waiting on material would be delivered two weeks time waited in anticipation low and behold new mattress arrived guess what wrong mattress exactly the same as the other two and the added bonus it was delivered by the most abusive driver I have ever encountered who even refused to listen to me just drove off another phone call to customer support who really couldn’t explain what was going on and promised me my mattress or a full refund and when the driver arrived check the mattress if it was wrong he had to remove this cheap standard mattress as well well number 3 mattress drivers twin brother must have delivered number 4 mattress guess what wrong mattress exactly the same as mattress 1.2.and 3 and the driver was ruder than the last I phoned furniture omg they are laughing at us italia and hours of opening 10-4 at 10.10 and guess what they are closed so my once upon a time I sleep well fairy story as turned into a living nightmare my advice to you all spend your money wisely don’t buy from this pig in a poke company

I purchased a 3/4 bed, it has now broken within 10 months. Inside the base was hollow, with 2 thin wooden slats covered with a sheet of cardboard hidden by fabric. When I contacted them they said it only had 6 months garentee and too be honest they wouldn't be able to give any more because it wasn't s built to last any longer. Im disgusted and I will never purchase anything off them again

I purchased a 3000 pocket mattress of Wowcher about 2 months a go, it delivered on time , but it didn't even feel an open coil mattress as you sleep it bends from each side so I never had a comfortable sleep plus bad backache . So i contacted them but they first didn't believe me I took pictures and sent it off and then they arranged a collection for a refund . So thanks for that
I never bought any other products of them but I don't recommend buying mattress .

Bought a small double through wowcher and I am very pleased. Needed a good mattress topper but still a cheap comfortable nice looking bed. Delivery man very helpful.

Avoid this company. I bought double bed with 4 drawers and memory foam mattress and that should be luxury version. What a joke I didn't expect really luxury but what they delivered is just unbelievable. The base of the bed is the cheap weak frame and the mattress is the worst version I ever seen. No density at all my old mattress is 10x denser then this cheap thing. Avoid them on Wowcher. You suppose to safe 600f but you will just lose 300f. Awful company.

Bought a divan bed so that i would have more storage space. Requested i have the 2 drawers at the base of the bed as i have bedside tables at the head. Received an email saying drawers would be at the foot of the bed. Bed came in great time. Material ripped. Drawers at the head of the bed so cant use them. One of the drawer fronts has completely fell off so my bedroom looks like a crack den. One of the wheels on the bed came broken so all in all i go to bed on a game of jenga

Disgraceful service. I ordered a 5 piece garden furniture lounge set last august, i was delivered a table and chairs! To this day they are refusing to take responsibility saying i have not been in contact within the 6 months period! Absoloute rubbish! Needless to say the table and chairs is poor quality and only fit for the tip. How can they not do anything about it if its the WRONG ITEM!!!!!!!

Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole..couldn't delivery my bed n mattress as they had no stock but unknowing to me they still asked me to pick a date I would like my order delivered....when I finally got through they were useless n unhappy tried to palm another bed on me but for more money .no apologies for the inconvenience caused I had to get refund n order elsewhere

Order a king-size bed with 4 drawers at end of January with a free memory foam mattress. 2 weeks ago the matress springs went and the matress sags plus the drawer/bed base has collapsed. I can not open the drawer at all. Emailed. They want photos of all 4 sides of bed plus a birds eye view! They said they have a "tech" who can look at the photos and see any defects. Unless this tech is psychic they won't see anything! Took photos of 3 sides plus drawer, they emailed me back saying not clear. I am disabled and can not get a much clearer picture. I have asked full details of their company so I have to take it up with trading standards.

I purchased a small double velvet divan bed with mattress and headboard via wowcher. The divan base has collapsed, thin board came away from edges on one side and has caused dipping in between the internal supports.

I contacted Wowcher & Furniture Italia (Also know as dinningtables.co.uk) requesting a full refund and sent photos of the fault. I was advised that the bed was past the 6 month warranty, I purchased in December and I contact at beginning of July.

There has been no offer the replace, despite the fact that this is a faulty item.
Very poor quality, divan bases last for years in my experience.

Avoid this website, they are nothing but cheating, thieving scammers running a half baked operation. Save your money and go elsewhere. I ordered a glass dining table via their website and was immediately suspicious when the only confirmation of the order was the paypal receipt. 2 days later received an email from 'premier delivery' stating that they had received the table from diningtables.co.uk and to arrange a delivery date. So far so good, date for delivery arranged for 22 Jun 2020. A few days prior to expected delivery, received a phone message stating there was a problem with delivery and to ring 0121 5688878. Tried calling this number several times, each time listened to 10mins or so of music and then got cut off. So no joy getting through on the phone, tried the email address given on the website. Email returned by web postmaster as that email address doesn't exist. Tried calling Premier Delivery who claimed never to have had the table and couldn't/wouldn't help. I have still not been able to get through on the phone and have had no further calls from diningtables.co.uk. Customer service is non existent, communication non existent.

UPDATE: Finally got through on the phone given on another website (beds.co.uk) run by the same company and managed to get the order cancelled as it turns out the table wasn't in stock. I requested a refund and this was paid into my account within the week.

Read the small print. This company does not deliver door to door if they perceive a communal entrance. They will not provide a door to door service if you live in a flat. They are quite content with upsetting customers by leaving heavy items a distance away from your front door expecting you to deal with it yourself, despite the possible risk of injury. Read the small print. Preferably source your items from a more customer centred company. Any company in fact.

This seems to be the same company that sell beds, rattan furniture sets and much more. All with loads of awful reviews. Ours came with no bolts, broken (the rattan has snapped all round the edge of the table) and no instructions, box came basically falling apart. It’s been a month and still haven’t resolved the issue. Asked for them to send a new table and refund the cost of the bolts I have had to spend an additional £20 on and they’ve done absolutely nothing, COMMUNICATION IS POOR, LOTS OF REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME- BROKEN, NOT ARRIVING ETC. Absolute joke of a company- DO NOT BUY. £550 wasted on a table set I’m not happy with!!! Give your money to honest sellers because these are scammers.
