Poor quality item, difficulty with return

Poor quality item, does not fit. When asking about return offer by company 20% refund and no return. On asking for full return and refund the address supplied is in China, not Netherlands as advised.

HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS???

How is this company still in business? I agree with all other comments. Clothing not as pictured on website, completely inferior nylon substitute sent instead in a completely different colour. Company in China not in Holland. Sending it back to China can cost more than original garment ordered. They offer 10% then 20% discount instead of return before you then have to take the time and spend the money to get the “garment” sent back to China. Trade descriptions/consumer watchdog really need to get involved here to put a stop to this. This company should not be trading. As the other customers have said when you phone the helpline number which appears to be in Scotland you get an automated message telling you to send an email. Everything is misleading: Address is given as Netherlands (its China), company trades under 2 names- Dinili and Belmode- both of which have extremely concerning reviews, photos on website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the goods actually sent. Everything is misleading. So I have now lost £54 on a fake nylon coat and lost a further £27 sending this to China where it has sat in customs for over a month now and so it is now past the date of getting a refund. Word of warning - DONT BOTHER PAYING £27 TO SEND BACK TO CHINA. PACKAGE WILL THEN SIT IN CUSTOMS FOR OVER A MONTH BY WHICH TIME IT IS TOO LATE FOR A REFUND. AND DINILI KNOW THIS! GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! SHOCKING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

SCAM
Placed an order which was estimated the 22nd-23rd. Its now the 25th, not only that its not even with royal mail yet. Although was told it will arrive next week, I dont see that happening. If products are being shipped from china then im not suprised. Even though they said they can't change the order as they have already sent it. I asked for a refund on the shoes immediately and HAVE evidence of them saying they will cancel them (still have no refund and that was on the 17th!) I expect a full refund and cancellation on monday the 27th. They told me.it can take up to 12 buisines days. Well that NOT what the website expected as my delivery. And i will not be paying for the expenses of posting to china as others seem to have mentioned. You supposedly have a branch in Aberdeen as thats where the area code for your phone number was. Which seemed like a automated scam recording directing me back to their website. If not my bank will be contacted and trading standards will be knocking at your door. Absolute disgrace and a total scam. Im not sure if im more upset with dinili or Google for letting them advertise through Google. In fact I, will contact Google too. And make it my aim for this year to have this site brought down. And the owners to be held responsible.

P.s was orderd on a credit card so it wont be difficult to have my bank come after you through section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Do not order from this Company. Very poor quality clothing, not as described on website and faulty stitching. Took a long time for order to arrive. Offered refund but have to send item back at own cost.

The price is lower than I imagined the…

The price is lower than I imagined the quality to be, the fit is flawless and the materials are comfortable and well constructed. All was well packaged and punctual. I have already worn one of the pieces multiple times and got compliments. Will also be re-ordering.

AVOID at all costs.
The product of shoe is shocking. The colour does not match the description the photo. The company are scammers. They are offering 20 percent refund. Their customer service is shocking. It’s about as good as there products.

Still no communication from these scammers. After asking for more information. Unfortunately a photo speaks volumes and can’t lie. I have completely the different product to what was advertised.

I DO NOT SEE WHY I SHOULD SEND THIS TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE

Cheap and not worth the price

These are cheap, not very well made clothes and certainly not worth the price. The colours are not at all as on the website and when you try to return for a refund they offer discounts on further purchases, then when you say you’ll take a refund you find out it is NOT from Holland at all and sending the goods back to China is EXPENSIVE. An expensive lesson

BIG SCAM!!

Scam site. Fake brands. AVOID

This company is selling fake branded clothing fraudulently misrepresenting using pictures of the real items on their website.They try and offer you discounts to keep the items and then say you must pay shipping costs back to China to return. Avoid. It is a scam site.

I have submitted a request as Dinilli said a week an no reply/response.

I am still waiting for my refund the items were not fit for purpose and were returned in Dec/Jan they had to be returned to China which expensive to say the least.
The phone number given does not connect it tells you to email and needless to say I have sent several email I have had 1 reply saying it was being referred to it specialist team that was a month ago and guest what nothing.

Very cheap quality for big price

Very cheap quality for big price. You need understand, what all pictures were taken from original page and you will receive a cheap copy from China.
I try to return my order. Will see, how it’s going.
Return policy is terrible!!!
I need to send my item to China from post office, like a package! No return barcode, nothing!

I fell in love with the oversize…
