I just had the best customer service…
I just had the best customer service experience with a young man called Morten N (Thank you Morten!)
After running into difficulties accessing my account when I was automatically ordered to upgrade to Pro, although my turnover was going to be dropping this year, I used the chat feature to ask (in English) for advice. Morten responded promptly (in English)and gave clear and concise instructions on what steps to take. When I encountered further issues, he calmly and kindly walked me through other steps I could take.
I very much appreciate Morten's attitude, patience, skills and the excellent deal he made me. I'd started out feeling quite apprehensive and stressed about my situation, and it couldn't have been easier or better. I Highly recommend Dinero - it's been an absolute godsend! And now, after today's experience, I doubly recommend it. It's a Super hassle-free, efficient, effective and excellent program suitable for anyone. If you use it with Google Chrome, although some translations are a bit odd, it can all be translated easily.

The changes they’ve made with their new plans are such a good insight into the greediness and lack of support you get from this company UNLESS you pay them. What a joke of a change, especially for small business owners who need to use their program max 3-4 times a month.

Unfortunately, in the future, we will only offer our free version for the smallest companies.
I believe it is absolutely fair that, as your own company, we would like to generate revenue from the product we provide to everyone.
If we are using your product/time, even if it's only 3-4 times a month, I'm sure you would like to get paid as well. In this case, we have a lot of expenses with our free users, and that is why, in the future, we will only provide it for the smallest companies with sales under 100,000 kr a year.
You can call it greed, but for us it's just normal business as we right now provide an absolutly free experience for tens of thousand of business, which we are super proud of for 10 years.

If like me you have no accounting…
If like me you have no accounting experience and you do not speak Danish this platform is not for you.
They will not give even the most basic of information their first thought is how to get you on the paid version.
I don't mind paying if I understand the system and know it will work. I do mind not being able to use it to find out. Not a happy camper. I am disappointed.

It is absolutely correct that Dinero is only available in Danish and we make no secret of that either.
We can support you in English in our chat support or at mail, but the program will be at Danish.
Our free users have technical support in Dinero and our paying Dinero Pro users also have accounting support.
If you want a accounting program that have a English version I will recommend you to take a look at E-conomic, that have a English version of their accounting program.
Hope you find the right solution even if it might not be Dinero.
