I just had the best customer service experience with a young man called Morten N (Thank you Morten!)
After running into difficulties accessing my account when I was automatically ordered to upgrade to Pro, although my turnover was going to be dropping this year, I used the chat feature to ask (in English) for advice. Morten responded promptly (in English)and gave clear and concise instructions on what steps to take. When I encountered further issues, he calmly and kindly walked me through other steps I could take.
I very much appreciate Morten's attitude, patience, skills and the excellent deal he made me. I'd started out feeling quite apprehensive and stressed about my situation, and it couldn't have been easier or better. I Highly recommend Dinero - it's been an absolute godsend! And now, after today's experience, I doubly recommend it. It's a Super hassle-free, efficient, effective and excellent program suitable for anyone. If you use it with Google Chrome, although some translations are a bit odd, it can all be translated easily.

The changes they’ve made with their new plans are such a good insight into the greediness and lack of support you get from this company UNLESS you pay them. What a joke of a change, especially for small business owners who need to use their program max 3-4 times a month.

If like me you have no accounting experience and you do not speak Danish this platform is not for you.
They will not give even the most basic of information their first thought is how to get you on the paid version.
I don't mind paying if I understand the system and know it will work. I do mind not being able to use it to find out. Not a happy camper. I am disappointed.

Get alot of spam mail, they say they close the account and thats fine but when they start all over again with spam and will have some card information they never had.
