I purchased two items from this company and they went missing during delivery. I contacted Evri who were unable to locate them hence I went back to the supplier. I have tried contacting Dimoohome customer services a number of times but they have not responded. Having read other reviews it appears this is a common complaint and wish I had never purchased anything from them. I would recommend that you avoid buying anything from this company.

Not sure it even deserves a star. My poor mum ordered some small bits on the 21st Jan. The company appeared to have an Amazon website attached so my mum ordered thinking it was ok. They said it had been delivered but never received them even though she received an email to say it had been delivered. We can’t find a way of making contact to resolve this.

Do not use this company, product,s are off extreme poor quality, no recourse to return, no answer to continuous emails, so £20 down the drain, disgraceful.

Finally received my hair clipper and the only thing it's fit for is the bin! Will be 3 weeks tomorrow since I ordered. Total waste of time and money spent. Charger is dirty and been wrote on in pen and honestly don't think it would be safe to use. The hair clipper has been used as the blades have also got dirt stuck between the blades 🤮 I've never known a company like it!

I wouldn’t give this company a one but it’s the only way to get to have your say about this company, I wished I looked this company up at the start, it gives you the impression that it is a UK company but it’s not, I made a mistake with my order I thought I was only ordering i item and it gave me that impression with the money I was paying, but when it all went through I bought 3 off the same item and paid for all of them, trying to send an email saying I made a mistake they don’t reply or do anything, I will never use this company ever again please do not use the

Bought the ww2 advent calendar. Total rubbish. The aircraft are rubber (as advertised) but are crammed into tiny windows, the wings and propellers are bent and won't straighten, there is no detail on the aircraft, thet are just an airplane shaoed bit of plastic. No reply from customer service despite several messages.

Placed order on 28th October 25, with the impression this is a UK company as it has UK 🇬🇧 on its name!! Still not received my package! Obviously coming from china, shouldn’t be allowed to advertise as a uk company. Total ripoff and no response when I email.

I thought it was a UK company and was surprised when item didn’t arrive in a few days. Wish I’d checked here before ordering. Item took 5 weeks to arrive from china. Not as described. Very cheap and badly made. Very disappointed. Scam company. 100% do not recommend

Avoid this company as there is absolutely zero customer service. Phone number is always an answer machine. E.mails are ignored until chased then information provided was wrong and proven to be wrong so then the follow up was ignored.

Omg absolutely awful. The photo was of an actual ornament, which is what I thought I was ordering. It has arrived and it’s just a print out of the actual ornament!?

Wish I’d read reviews first still waiting two weeks later for my item no tracking and can’t contact them

I ordered a cordless power wash machine from dimoohomeuk on 19/01/2025 on opening the package which was delivered on 31/01/2025 I realised the item was damaged I’ve emailed the company twice I’ve sent a text message to the mobile No given and I’ve also left a message on the same mobile As of today 06/02/2025 I still haven’t heard back from Dimoohomeuk How do these companies get away with scamming hard working people they really are the scum of the earth PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pipe hole cover more than 2 weeks ago. No idea where product is. Dimoohome not responding to emails and their contact number goes straight to voicemail. Not surprised as it's a giffgaff mobile number not a business number. Be careful.

I ordered acrylic birds but they turned to be from tin. I've emailed the company and sent a msg on the mobile provided, but no reply at all.
The product is very poor quality and I want to return it. I would advice never to buy anything from them.
I am not sure if I would be able to return th item to get a refund. Not a trustworthy company.

The fact that my antimalware tried to block me from this site should have been a dead giveaway that I should have abandoned the purchase before it even began.

Bought the three "stained glass" birds ornament; "stained glass" apparently means "sheet metal with a transfer on". Some quotes from the item description and what they really mean:
- "captures the light" means "completely opaque and doesn't even shine"
- "mesmerising display of color" (spelt without a "u", strange for a .uk company) probably refers to the dark shadow it casts into the room if placed by a window
- "quality craftsmanship" probably means mass-produced, judging by the look of it
- "the perfect conversation starter", it would be a great conversation about scam websites

Took three weeks to arrive with very poor tracking and came in from China, despite the .co.uk domain

This company are very poor at communicating with their customers. After reading some of the reviews this made me panic. I tried emailing them and ‘Julia’ got back to me one week later.
However, I placed my order on 22/11/24 and it arrived on 6/12/24. I ordered three little gold lamps and they are beautiful. The quality is excellent and they came fully charged. Please give them a chance.

I ordered an advent calendar in mid November. I am still waiting. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I placed an order for 2 x world cup advent calendars or my grandsons not cheap 22.60 each . How do these companies get away with scamming people constantly. I am paying through klarna but they won't cancel the order says contact seller but they are not responding so just going around in circles

I have emailed them three times and no reply, I am sick of companies like this giving poor service, I am still waiting for my order to arrive.
