I must warn everyone: this site is a scam.

I paid for credits when it was called DimenXioner (about 10,000 KRW).

My credits were never added to my account.

The AI modeling service I paid for was never delivered.

When I contacted support, I only got one vague reply: “we will check the refund.” After that, complete silence.

Now the site suddenly changed its name to NexodusAI, but my account is still empty. No credits, no service, no refund. This is how scammers operate.

And to those running this: you may think you can hide behind a new name, but you cannot hide from truth. In the name of Jesus Christ, even scammers can be changed – but only if you repent and act honestly. If you don’t, you will always carry the name “scammer.”

there is no free tries, so you can't even check the quality of the 3D models or anything, you are forced to buy credits, and once you do, it keeps saying server is busy try again later, if you are buying a service you should be getting that service, this is a scam do not try it

I recently subscribed to the service and purchased 5000 credits. However, each time I attempt to upload an image, I'm consistently met with a "server busy" error message, forcing me to wait several hours before I can try again. Then the error just repeats itself. Unfortunately, this is not at all the seamless experience I expected when signing up.
It’s deeply frustrating to pay for a service only to find myself repeatedly waiting hours just to process a single image and nothing happens. Frankly, this feels like a misleading practice—accepting payments promptly yet delivering virtually nothing in return. At this point, it genuinely feels like another £20 wasted on a service that doesn't fulfil its promises. Definitely a scam website.

The website is a complete scam, it was working a few months ago, until April, after that, it just died, the support is not responding, neither the website chat, nor emails, I am trying to get my money back with PayPal. Do not use this service, the only thing you will get is a website that when you upload the image will tell you that the server is busy, and will send you to try again later (spoiler: it will not work).

Globally good tool for converting 2d image to 3d model, been using it for few days now.

Better than starting a model from scratch.

Still needs improvements in terms of topology.

Overall I find it useful even if I need to retopo a bit the generated 3d model.

Saw the ads on instagram, got curious and bought some credits to try and generate some images. It's been more than a week since I've bought those credits and not a single one has gone to use since I always get the same notice "Server busy! Please try again in a few hours". Bear in mind, I've attempted to generate an image at least once every 4 hours on each day, so there's little excuse for these issues. I have contacted support regarding this a week ago, and have received no answer, despite them claiming to respond fast. I have heard of people successfully generating models from this service, but the generated ones also appear to be far less polished than advertised. Due to this, Dimenxioner is very likely a scam one way or another, and I do NOT recommend using this service.

Been using this tool for few weeks, it works good, the 3d models generated are very accurate, and the generation speed is fast.

Also the topology is not perfect, but it's way better than other AI tools I tried before.

One thing, sometimes the servers are busy so we have to wait before being able to use the tool

saw the ads on instagram, bought a 14 euros pack to make images into 3d models, every time i try to use it it says " Server Busy! Please Try Again in few hours!".
Sent an email asking for a full refund since the tools dosent work and in 3 days i havent heard anything. dont use the website, its a scam
