Unethical Billing for Unnecessary Appointment

I booked an appointment for a specific issue and clearly communicated my needs in advance. The doctor should have informed me beforehand if a particular test was required and canceled the appointment. Instead, I was charged for an appointment that served no purpose.

Lying to the customer and poor customer service.

Ordered a renewal of blood pressure meds. Something I've been taking for 2+ years. 24 hours later, nothing. Wrote an email, was told that I never answered my phone, and the 'doctor' called me twice the day before. I sent a screenshot of my calls, no call missed! On, and On and On.. Lying all the time. In the end, I received what I ordered... but HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you find another company... as customer service is terrible. Deflecting responsibility, lying to the customer, not caring. etc.

No prescription and money lost

I asked for the prescription for the plain oitment. The doctor refused (!) and wrote me i would have the telephone call first (not sure what for if I could tell exactly the same thing which I wrote?). Anyway, I was at work and did not pick up the phone. No money No prescription in the end. Highly unrecommended!

It was the worst experience I got.

It was the worst experience I got by shopping at Dimedic. I think it is clear that I pay for prescriptions and medicine. In my case, I only received prescriptions for paper in the mail.

I think it is clear that I pay for prescriptions and medicine. In my case, I only received prescriptions for paper in the mail. A useless paper that I can easily create by myself with a computer and print out.

Do you think I got any medicine?
Of course I did not get it. Fortunately, this was a research on my part so it was only small money I lost.

Thinking of those who ordered and those who intend to order for larger sums of money on how they will be cheated.

Maybe it would be appropriate for me as a journalist to write more about the company Dimedic on social media so that other consumers are not cheated of their money.

correct me if I'm wrong. How are you going to do that, you might be wondering? Simply by sending the item I ordered.

Seriously, who sends prescriptions on paper by mail in the 20th century?

Normally in this digitalized world, the doctor sends the prescription directly digitally to the pharmacy.

Looking forward to your treatment.

Best regards
Erik.

Hello Erik,

we are so sorry you had such a bad experience. However, we need to clarify that our service was absolutely appropriate in this case.

Dimedic is an online clinic and our offer includes medical consultations for selected diseases and medications. After a medical consultation, you can receive a prescription from our doctor.

We must emphasize that we are not an online pharmacy and we do not sell drugs. Our patients pay for the medical consultations and it’s always the same price for the consultation and doctor’s assessment. There is no way to pay more.

Paper cross-border prescription that you’ve got has a handwritten signature of the doctor. You can issue it in all pharmacies in the European Union.

Your prescription meets all the conditions of a European cross-border prescription – it must be paper and have a handwritten signature of a doctor. For this reason, we send them by traditional mail. We only do e-prescription in Poland at present.

Once again, we’re very sorry about your experience. We’ll review our website once again to check if all the information there are clear. We want to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for drawing attention to this issue.

If you have any additional questions, please contact us at: medadmin@dimedic.eu

Best regards,
Dimedic team

Great service at a great price

I gave Dimedic 5 stars not because it’s a perfect service but it’s pretty great for the price. The only reason I would have given it 4 stars is that in the course of interaction, I received messages in Polish. Some parts of the site are suddenly in Polish too. This made me have to use Google translate since I wanted to make sure I wasn’t misunderstanding anything. Otherwise, I found them to be professional, visibly concerned about what’s best for the patient and asking important questions. I also received the prescription reasonably fast. Overall, I’d recommend Dimedic. Just don’t be creeped out if Polish suddenly comes up. If Dimedic reads this, please do work on the language issues so that English speakers have a more seamless experience.
