Quality products but customer service is appalling.
You get no tracking number nor courier company name. I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks when it was at a pick-up point (delivery address was home). Wrote a couple of times with no answer. I only got my delivery by chance when picking up another one this morning.

Useful, lasting, beautiful, fun, clean stuff. Not junk, like the plastic alike products, no cheating with poly's in products. Except the candles that are still made of paraffin. For the rest just 100% natural fair and solid quality. The stores smell lovely, are beautiful and clean, nice calm atmosphere. Little plastic. Fresh and modern. The store I look most forward to visiting.

Had travelled from Australia and visited their Alkmaar Branch. Bought 14 of their store-shaped porcelain tealight holder in various different styles ,they helped me pack them securely and safely to take back on the plane to Australia. Excellent customer service from each of the ladies who all spoke excellent English as well. Truly wish this company shipped to Australia or had a store in or near Australia, have been to their other branches in 2023,2022 as well as they have quite a few beautiful things we don't have here.

What's the point of this store?

It's like house stuff, some random food and drinks, some bags that don't even have a zipper, random cooking books for 35 euros, but everything is almost useless and overpriced that you can buy it anywhere else but cheaper.
It's like going to an overpriced chachkies store.

Wooden chopping board of bad quality, decoloration cracks and warping took place a short while after the purchase.

I usually visit the store in Rotterdam, and I love it! It's a bit expensive for me, but if you want something organic with a good quality, it's the right spot. Also, the shop is really nice and relaxing, I love to walk in! I usually buy table clothes and some cups/things to set the table.. Really nice!

I bought a shampoo bottle. In one week, the pump was broken and the metal parts were getting rusty. Overall, the product was of bad quality.

Regarding the Eindhoven store. We have often bought stuff here and generally feel that they have a good selection and a welcoming atmosphere. But today my wife had an unpleasant experience. While browsing the Eindhoven store our 4 year old daughter needed to pee. So my wife politely asked the staff if our daughter could use their customer toilet. They replied yes, but only if my wife bought something. How petty-minded is that?

So my wife bought a 2 EUR cookie, and then our little girl was allowed to use the toilet. I mean, what the hell…!
