More than a month ago I paid the sum of…

More than a month ago I paid the sum of 390 dollars to these gentlemen expecting to receive a non-tangible product, trusting in their advertising and hoping for their good faith. A month later, hoping they would respond for their work, sir, with excuses, they have not been able to enter what I paid. They are disrespectful, irresponsible, cynical and even thieves. They only care and write to you so you pay and once you give them back the money, they disappear. I do not trust them, I do not recommend them. My worst experience, thieves.
