Bought software and now I can’t even download it, nobody answers the phone and now they are affecting my job. The chat doesn’t work. No way to get in touch with them.
Thanks for scamming me out of money

Do not buy from this company, they are scummy, a scam, and have awful customer support that lack compassion and understanding. They do not do refunds, which would be a good graces thing to do. I lost money that was a Christmas gift after dealing with Digital Instant and word has to be spread on how awful they are.

I had a lot of unforeseen problems on my end but you were prompt and correct in answering all my questions.

As a limited tech user, I have been impressed with the support I have received. The price of the item was below other companies, and the support I received was better than other companies. I highly recommend this company. Sara was awesome today, and Josh was equally good yesterday.

Sara helped me resolve all of the complexities I was facing while trying to download to my Mac. Now I can start using the software as a beginner.

Sara is what made it for me. I was unable to get the product working and she sent me information that should make the product work. When that didn't work she tried something else which also didn't work and still not working. But all the times I contacted Sara I believe she tried her very best and was always so friendly even when I was probably grouchy.

I had a slight issue with software and changing computers, and Adam was able to instantly resolve my issue. Customer service is fantastic and will continue to use Digital Instant. Thank you so much.

Well I made a mistake. I put in the wrong site after my email address. So when I didn't get a confirmation email or anything, just a charge on my card. I PANIC.
BUT, it was because I tried to put in an old email. I'm soooo dumb.

I had some trouble with installing the program I purchased based on my limited skills as an 85yo with moderate brain fade. Sara had the patients to work me through my problems and get me functional. 5 stars

Solved the problem - took control of my computer and installed the program. Everything is working great. Much appreciated.

Sara was great. Obviously knowledgeable, knew how to identify the problem, knew how to solve it, used screen shots creatively, got to the root of the issue (which was user fumble), no fuss, no muss. Patient, courteous, professional. Give her a promotion.
