Very satisfied with Digital Republic
Where do I start...? This is the third time I've been to Switzerland and every time it has been for a shorter period of time - about a month and a half.
The very first time Digital Republic offered me a free monthly package worth of 30 francs free of charge!
This time I opted for 13 franc package and to be honest, I have had no issues whatsoever.
Easy online ID check, fast delivery directly to the chosen address (my workplace in this case), low price, no hidden costs (watchout for GoMo operator!), no 30 day period to cancel subscription like other operators. Really the best and only operator I will choose if I happen to be in Switzerland again.
Sadly I made a mistake and wanted to try GoMo last time I was here. The info provided was unclear, it was not obvious at all whether the simcard would have been sent or not. Online ID check didn't work. Days after I had already ordered Digital Republic sim card (which was after I chose GoMo and it didn't arrive at this point) I got a note that I have something in the post office. I thought it was something else but in the post office I learned it was GoMo simcard... I thought I would just collect it and not use it. I didn't pay anything in the post office so I thought that was it. Then I started receiving bills with charges I haven't heard of before. Apparently you pay around 19,95 to collect the sim card at the post office. I explained to representative that the sim card took very long to arrive and that I had already ordered DR in the meantime, which arrived promptly. I asked for the refund but in the end I also found out that I would have to wait and pay for another 30 days... So in the end I paid 43,60 euro so far and I have one more monthly payment waiting for me. And that's all for not having even used the simcard!!! When I questioned the post office charge, apparently I received an email that stated this charge. I checked my emails and there was nothing like that. Had I known I would be paying for ID check, I would have never collected it in the post office.
The representative from GoMo was very slow to reply. I explained my whole issue and my request for a refund and they replied: You can use the sim card now." Go Mo don't do refunds, even if their online ID is not working, they don't communicate clearly whether the sim card has or will ever be sent, and they charge for ridiculous actions that they didn't inform you about even though they claim they did.
Well, that's more like a double review for DR and GoMo but at least I learned that next time my only option will be Digital Republic.

Could not be better
Is it normal to kinda love a telecommunications provider? Everything from first signing up online for a sim card to then getting wifi for the flat, to requesting a new sim card with the same number after my phone was stolen, or upgrading to get more EU roaming credits if I used up all of mine – everything has been so effortless and pleasant, and so super quick. Plus, affordable. Digital Republic is amazing in every regard, no notes.

Best Swiss Mobile Provider
I’ve been with Digital Republic for a while now and loved them especially when I lived abroad and was able to pay only for months needed. But I’ve been back in Switzerland for a while and have moved my whole family to Digital Republic because they’re simply more value for money, have a better admin interface and superb customer service than all other Swiss Telcos including the big ones. They keep improving service even when you think it’s been alright as it was. And now they give you 5GB roaming per month which is simply great.

Highly professional, great service.
The reliability of a business is always based upon their customer service.
I have just taken out an esim as well as a home wifi router+sim from DR and I have to commend their ease of setup and access as well as their customer service. Any doubts I've had were cleared promptly. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

Flat Mobile from DR, mixed feelings
Me and my girlfriend both have the Flat Mobile subscription from Digital Republic. The setup to get the eSim going was pretty straightforward and fast.
I use the internet mostly to browse on my phone, watch videos or provide a hotspot for other devices to do the same there.
The internet works quite well during the day. However, the bandwidth in the evening gets super bad so that I usually cannot watch youtube videos in 720p or stream videos on my Laptop without frequent stuttering. This is a major bummer because a big reason for me to have internet at home is to watch movies since at work I have wifi from my employer.

DR internet mostly does not work
We have a SIM card for only internet in Switzerland.
There is no internet sometimes.
And since yesterday I could not use its internet properly.
Even I close automatic network searching and choose DR manually.
I do not advise it.

Unlimited package works slowly
Unlimited package works slowly, when several devices are connected the speed leaves much to be desired. I have to reboot the device several times per day for it to work properly. My phone mobile internet works much better even when I use it as a personal hotspot simultaneously for laptop and tablet. But unfortunately the battery can’t last long in that case, which is why I decided to purchase digital republic, which I expected to be much better as it really is…

Realiable and easy to use

Too many problems with wifi…
Too many problems with wifi connections: daily Internet outages lasting 2-3min, several times a day. Internet speed is also very variable, generally sufficient to play online games without any problem but sometimes (2/7d) insufficient to play online video games and rarely (1/30d) insufficient to watch streaming films.
[edit] To answer your message, it's not a mobile connection but a wifi connection with a box.
