Extraordinary customer service
I bought a digital piano, which unfortunately turned out to have a couple of defects. The support team was however professional and fast in responding, and within a couple of days I had a technician come to my apartment to make an assessment. I'm yet to receice the spare parts, but I'm very impressed with how the support case has been handled so far.

I appreciated the delivery system
I appreciated the delivery system, especially the option to select a convenient delivery time, which was very thoughtful, and it was delivered just on time.
However, I was disappointed by the way the staff at the store treated me. He seemd disinterested and unengaged with customers. When I asked whether I could place an order through the store, he dismissed the request, saying it would be the same whether he did it or I did it myself.
If it is the company's policy, it left me questioning the role of in-store staff. He was neither welcoming nor helpful, made no effort to explain the available pianos, and did not assist with the ordering process. I expected better support and service in person.

We are so sorry you feel this way, and we will take this with us in the future. Driving a webshop + physical stores today on a EU level, is just getting increasingly difficult, with margins getting lower and lower. We can feel, that the physical stores are needed, but it's also almost impossible to have it, with such fierce competition.
You should expect a higher support from us. We should be better and offer more, than the other online "internet stores". So, we are of course not happy, that you had that experience with our in-store staff.
I can see you purchased a Yamaha CLP-825. I hope, after all, that the piano will bring much to your home, and that you will play piano for many years ahead,

Great shop, fast delivery
I was a bit worried about how long it would take to deliver a piano from Denmark to Netherlands but I was pleasantly surprised. Package wasn't damaged, it took maybe a week to deliver it to my porch. Pretty happy about everything (yes, this is not a paid review, I'm a real 35y.o. dude in NL haha)

As it is my first time purchasing an electronic piano in Denmark, it was not clear to me that the piano will arrive unassembled. The delivery was fast but it was only curb side drop-off (although the driver was kind enough to help me move the 70kg package to my apartment). The communication should be more clear.

We are sorry, that this was not clear enough. 98% of all digital pianos are unassembled, and is being delivered in the box, unless a mounting delivery is chosen at checkout. I can see, that you have chosen delivery method "Delivery to curbside. Brink Transport"
