While the service itself was fine, the fact that they do not inform the customers that they are purchasing a pirated product (Photoshop "2024") brings the rating down.

you cheat people,software not working .download it virus my computer.

Installation went smoothly and the programs (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) worked right out of the bag. Only problem is that for some silly reason, "certain" JPG files cause Photoshop to start with an error. I am investigating the problem now.

Everything worked as advertised. Download and installation worked perfectly.

What made the experience great was the immediate support.

I downloaded the program and it was giving me an issue.

I contacted their support and I was immediately sent a second version.

It worked without a hitch and I am using the program right now.

I plan to buy their entire lineup. :)

Well I finally got it downloaded but it was tricky ...had to endlessly override the download protection in Security & Privacy settings .....and the order is vital ..you must download and install AntiCC first ..then the install programme ...then finally the patch (which gives you the license ...what isnt clear is the use of the Override process ...I got there in the end ..and the programme (Photoshop) is fine !!

At first, I was doubtful about the product, the price seemed unrealistic and it looked fishy, but nevertheless I placed my order and I received the software right away (after checking my spam folder). Once downloaded the process of installing couldn't be any easier. I got all the software that I needed at an excellent price. Thanks

This is preactivated files they sending which means its CRACKED version.
When i ask the chat support they replied: ''It's preactived.The product key will be automatically added to the software during installation process. About updates
Once we have the latest versions we will send it to you for free"

This means they are selling cracked version. and not updatable by it self.

SO better you can download from FILECR for free. NOT WORTH buying.

Customer support is excellent. I initially had and issue but it was resolved quickly and more importantly they made sure it was completely resolved. I highly recommend.

It all worked out OK. I got the email link a little later than 'immediately after payment' but once it arrived it all worked like a dream.

***EDIT - I had to delete the software as most of the functionality did not work. All the basic stuff worked (sort of) but any of the more advanced stuff just returned an error message every time I tried to select them. You get what you pay for but for me a complete waste of money.
