I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone for months !! Can’t get a new provider because I can’t get this one cut off as still saying live but not had internet for a month sent emails left messages and still nothing.. was all a con to start with never got promised speed !! Stay away from digital home !!!!
Abandoned for over 3 months
Abandoned for 3 months, no calls backs, no customer support but they sure as hell took the money for a broken internet connection. Digusting. Cancelled my Direct Debit, hopefully someone will contact me this way.
Rubish
Rubish, loses connection every couple of days. Minimum customer service. Already don't have signal 2 days and looks like will be couple more. Stay away from this service.
Horrific service
Absolutely horrific service had no Internet for almost a week now and when I call customer service the fone is put down after 5mins of being on the line ive left countless emails inly for them 2 be ignored I'm going to cancel my direct debit as this is not what I signed up for never been so disappointed in all my life I should've just stayed with extortionate virgin
AVOID
Signed up for Digital Home last year and had good experience for a while, then started having issues with dropouts and error messages on Netflix/iPlayer saying that a VPN was in use (it wasn't) 3 months ago and tried to contact DH via customer service portal, which had been taken down. Tried calling DH and got a recorded message saying they had merged with 'Zybre' and to please be patient while they adapt to the transition, then phone line went dead. Never managed to get support but luckily the issues righted themselves. Today we were completely cut off and unable to work from home and the phone line no longer even rings. Disgusting that a company can sell out to another (clearly disreputable, just by the reviews on their page) company without even informing their customers.
The final straw was hearing that others in our street had received a letter from CityFibre saying that Zybre would shortly cease to provide a service on their lines and everyone should change ISPs asap. A quick Google suggests that this is because Zybre are going out of business and have started disconnecting people without warning.
Digital home are in liquidation
So, the company that operate Digital home are now in liquidation. They were purchased by Zyber who even knows when. Zyber have been reported to have broken several rules and contracts, therefore they have been fined. The company has liquidated as a result but is not yet dissolved. I have shopped around many services and your best bet is Giganet.
Giganet have been in discussions with Zyber about transferring their customer base quickly. Giganet also have 0 exit fees you will get your first 3 months free.
I advise calling Giganet and advising that you do not need the installation as you already have city fibre connection.
Giganet will put a note on your file and will send out your new router in due course. Their wait times are 3 working days at present, but not a guarantee; but what they have is a verbal agreement with Zyber, the new owner of digital home.
City fibre will be sending out Correspondence in the coming days to advise that by Friday, Zyber will disconnect your current phone lines and internet.
Those who have already paid direct debit. I’d wave bye bye unless you have protection or can take the time to challenge direct debit Uk and/or trading standards.
Regarding the early termination fee they should not chase you for this, as they have breached their own terms by cutting off your services without notice. If they suddenly come out of liquidation, you honour your contract and go back to them, easily cancelling your Giganet without an exit fee. Do not pay them the full amount for your remaining contract. This will be absorbed in the liquidation anyway no doubt.
Spent 3 hours on this this afternoon. Don’t waste your time by calling Vodafone, Talk talk, or anyone else, Giganet have it covered. I’m not on commission. Also don’t try to call digital home and Zyber, they have turned off their phones lines.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, worst internet service, crap from the start, extenders didnt work, wifi non existent, no help what so ever, then closed down to be changed to Zybre and the poor service continues. Have left a review on their website as well with many of their customers having the same experience as me. Paying £45 a month for such shocking service in both internet and customer support it is only through personal issues that I have not moved sooner - do not go with this provider or Zybre as it will be a waste of money and time.

This company seems to have left their customers. You can no longer contact the company. If your service is down you can no longer contact their support to report a fault. We are on our own. The direct monthly debit are still deducting on time though. They need to be reported to trading standards.
Unreliable internet connection. Poor router. Terrible customer service.
Unreliable internet connection. When it works, it's fast. But it's unreliable. I've lost count of the number of times it's gone down. I've given them lots of chances but today is the last straw. The customer portal link on their website is broken, they don't respond on social media, and when you try and call, they never answer, or just take the phone off the hook so it's constantly engaged. The Zyxel router they provide is awful, we got very poor network coverage across the whole house, I had to buy a better router. For a few weeks last year, they misconfigured their settings so I couldn't access a bunch of websites because they thought I was outside of the UK. I work from home and need a reliable service, and Digital Home don't provide it. Looking for a new supplier, and I advise you not to use them if you need reliable internet.
Literally the worst service
Literally the worst service. Constant breaks in service - my smart tv shows when the internet disconnects, and in the evenings we cannot watch anything without the signal dropping. Smart devices drop connection. Streaming songs drop midway through. Had no service now for 24 hours and I cannot access the customer portal through their website, broken link. Just so bad. Cannot wait for my contract to end!

THIS COMPANY HAVE SOLD OUT TO ZYBER FIBRE!! If you had contract with them and cannot contact them its because theyve shut phones down and emails into the ether. Zyber Fibre are a London based company with really bad reviews. City Fibre are complicit in this as i am using City Fibre lines and they fitted it, their vans and workers. Good luck.

Scam company is longer trading
Paying for 900, getting 90. the phone number is now disconnected, emails are coming back that the address no longer exists. this is a classic rug pull and I do not know what to do..or who I can get in touch with??!?

Check the customer hub and you will see my complaints And I said I wanted the fibre disconnected and box picked and lastly there better not be any money taken out of my bank account
