Excellent service, found work within a few months of being a user of Digital Grads. I can not thank them enough for the opportunity they have found for me. They also offer great study material completely for free which is another added bonus

The process was explained simply throughout and reasoning was given behind every step in their process. Sign-up was simple and I had responses very quickly and ended up being hired within weeks of signing up by a great company in a great role. I would definitely recommend DigitalGrads to others, they made finding a role extremely easy.

I absolutely love DigitalGrads! After graduating from University in 2017 with a 1st class, I have worked in eCommerce for a year but I wasn't too sure if this was the job for me. So, I joined DigitalGrads and began engaging with the DigitalGrads Academy training and it really helped me gain an insight into different areas of work and I liked the concept of accessing the training around my own time. The training opened my mind to various fields of work I would potentially be interested in. I was also regularly sent jobs which I maybe suitable for and regularly texts to help me engage with the platform - this really helped when I was really down about my unemployment. I really think these regular prompts helped me engage more and so I began completing more training, applying for more jobs, attending interviews. Eventually, I managed to secure my job during the lockdown which I thought was impossible but DigitalGrads made it very possible!

From 2017-2020 I having worked with a number of Graduate agencies I would definitely say DigitalGrads is THE BEST GRADUATE AGENCY I have worked with as they provide the extra support and this really help build back my confidence during a time I thought I was "unemployable'. The Graduate Hotline provided is absolutely amazing and even after securing a job I am able to reach out to DigitalGrads which is unlike any Recruitment Agency I have come across before. They genuinely care about getting you a job!!

State of Flux have made two hires for different roles over the last few months and the hiring process was great. The DigitalGrads model provides access to a wide range of candidate profiles through their platform which was quick and easy to use. The personal support from the team ensured the shortlisted candidates were a strong fit and the candidate videos really help to speed up the sifting process and reduce the number of interviews. All my experiences with DigitalGrads have been fantastic. They found me through LinkedIn and I'm really glad they did!

The training videos are fantastic for filling in gaps in knowledge and making sure I really know how to properly plan campaigns instead of just rushing in. They have 6 different topics for different areas of digital marketing with training videos, quizzes then a more in-depth project at the end.

I did find that most of the jobs were in London (I was looking around Bristol) but I still got a few telephone interview requests from companies that were based closer to me.

They were so good that I ended up recommending my friend (who was job hunting in a similar field) sign up.

I also really liked that interactions with the company felt really personal. When I emailed back after a little while they checked up and remembered I had started a new job so asked about that. It was a breath of fresh air to not just have a company drop you as soon as you have a new job, and instead actually make sure they check up on how you're doing and let you keep using the videos to help you in your new job.

Very happy with my experience working with Digital Grads. Very personable and I felt supported throughout the whole process by the team. And I’m pleased to say we offered a job to one of the DigitalGrads we interviewed.

I signed up to DigitalGrads after a mates recommendation and assumed as with all other recruitment portals i've used whilst job searching that I would finish making my profile and then never hear anything back. A few weeks later I got a phone call from one of the members of staff at DigitalGrads saying that they had passed my profile on to a company looking for someone with my skillset. A few days after that I had an interview via a skype call and the next day I had an interview in person. It all went super quickly and was all so easy for me, the two people who looked after me, Lucy and Kristina, were great to talk to and always had loads of time for me if i had any questions, Lucy then sorted out the contracts and I finished my first day of work today. All in all it was a great experience and couldn't have gone much more smoothly!

People in DigitalGrads are professionals and very helpful towards future candidates. Especially Kristina who is always keen to provide any information and help that is needed in order to submit applications for jobs! Thank you, your effort hasn't been unnoticed!
