I regret giving them my main email. Ever since I signed up it’s like spam city, daily promotions, reminders, and “exclusive offers” while I already closed the account. Feels a bit desperate from them.

Some issues are easier to explain over a call, but they only offer chat and email. For money-related problems I’d prefer an actual voice on the other end.

The help/FAQ is just generic text that doesn’t really answer anything specific. Every real question still needs chat. Feels like they wrote it in one day and never updated again.
