Their customer service team are helpful and polite whether its the sales, engineers or aftersales departments.
I can say they're our go to choice for any security needs we have now or in the future.

This was my second order in recent times. Both times the service was very good and the knowledge of the staff was excellent. i was impressed by the prompt delivery and the standard of packaging was good. Everything arrived in good order.

The pre-purchase advice was excellent and the product exactly what I needed, a simple CCTV set-up to monitor the front of the building at a very reasonable price. The camera wasn't over-complicated to install even though I had to phone for more advice, which was freely given. I have found that the after-sales advice is also top notch. I would thoroughly recommend this company and the product.

Positive experience with DDS. They were helpful and knowledgeably and were very patient with me as I took some time to decide. The support (after sales) also excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

What really puts DDS ahead is their technical knowledge and after sales backup. Unless you are a tech wizard, you will always need help setting up equipment. I have dealt with them for over 5 years and they have helped me set up every upgrade.

I have bought my CCTV equipment from DDS over many years are they are an excellent company to deal with. They are a really great group of people and so friendly and helpful. They will help you online with installation if you are uncertain and that is a big bonus.

I was trying to find a fanless NVR to replace an old unit. I telephoned DDS to confirm if they sold them? The gentlemen I chatted with had great knowledge and walked me through the options on their website. I ordered a new Uniview NVR which was scheduled for arrival on Monday, but in fact it arrived the next day on a Saturday! Plugged in the new NVR, working brilliantly with no noise.

As always, both the sales person and subsequently the support guy were really helpful and really great to deal with. We are really pleased with the Uniview HDR, does what we expected and more.
