They locked me out of my own 35 GB data. They have a standard reply, saying sorry and agreeing to my frustration. I get the same reply every time I complain ...no solution for the last 30 days

It's cheap and it doesn't work most of the times.

Fraud company they will advertise unlimited media upload then they will allow only 25% of storage to be utilize as media on 1 year subscription, please don't buy any plans, they will reply to your email once or twice that's it and they ignore you like you don't even exist.

Useless app. Very poor user experience. Buggy and overlay feels very low in trustworthiness. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

@TheDigiboxx is the worst storage service ever. The upload speed and download speed is way too slow compared to other storage service in premium plans on any kind of internet and once you have subscribed then you can't cancel the plan. going to start putting reviews everywhere.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I DID NOT RENEW SOME MONTHS, DUE TO MEDICAL TREATMENT, THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. OTP WILL COME TO MY EMAIL. BUT I CAN'T LOGIN. THEY ARE FRAUD. SO, I CAN'T DOWNLOAD MORE THAN 100 OF PHOTOS, MANY DOCUMENTS, MANY AUDIOS AND MANY VIDEOS. TOTALLY MANY GB. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS DIGIBOXX SITE.

I am unable to renew the subscription. It is not accepting credit card payment, saying the seller does not accept recurring payments. It was accepting UPI earlier, but now it does not have it. On changing the payment mode to netbanking, it says they can present up to 10 lakhs for deduction. Now, I am afraid to renew using netbanking.

I love digiboxx app with 20gb free space. After I paid for one year subscription to use digiboxx because of Indian storage. But after use one year I realised we can't download over data back easily when we need. All Your phone auto backup photo and video download in one click it's impossible. No realtime support with it just excuse for problem. After no renewal my subscription in my account left only 13gb data and I thought my account will downgrade for free but it's nightmare. You can't downgrade your subscription to free once you subscribe. If you need back your account must need renewal subscription mean they have your data and you need to pay ransom for back after renewal over. Scammed. Think thousand times before buy.

Excellent cloud storage. After a bad experience with pCloud where I ended up paying for a lifetime subscription and getting locked out of my data for a frivolous reason, I was looking for something Indian. I was blown away by their pricing and upload speeds. Interface and features need some polishing but way better experience than pCloud which gets paid reviews online.
