Different Dog makes a wonderful difference!!!
Different Dog has made a wonderful difference to both of my labradors. You open the food packs and the food looks amazing - bowls are left very clean!! The website is easy to use, there are numerous recipes to choose from, plus additional products such as treats and bone broth and the customer service is attentive and swift. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great for an elderly dog
My German Spitz is now 13. I switched to Different Dog for a healthier diet. Her appetite is small so I wanted to give her something nutritious she would enjoy. She loves it, and clears the bowl every time. The variety of flavours is good.

My Boys are different dogs
My boys (sprocker and a cocker) are really enjoying their food. I have never seen them be so excited about meal times. My sprocker has pancreatitis and with different dog he has more variety with low fat food. My cocker has arthritis and he needed to lose weight, we have tried with other brands but with different dog he has lost weight effortlessly without looking for more food, he’s content with the recommended portions. I can’t say how greatful I am with different dog as they have taken the worry out of feeding times ensuring my boys are well feed and they absolutely love their meals. My vet is even impressed with their weight lose journey and how healthy they are (monthly vet visits, the vet has seen their progress to obtaining the correct weight). My sprocker also hasn’t had a pancreatic attack since he’s been on different dog. Different Dog has definitely made a difference to my boys, they definitely are healthy and different dogs thank you

Super Food!!
I started my 10mth old Sheltie on DD a few weeks ago, she has been a finicky eater in the past and never used to finish her food, since being on the different dog diet, she leaves nothing!! being a herding breed she is always on the go but is maintaining her weight beautifully, her coat is beautiful & glossy and stools are firm. Couldn't be happier with my choice to start her on DD.

She’s pretty fussy and sometimes just doesn’t eat for a day. But this is the food she’s most likely to eat.

Since trying this food with Charlie hes cleaning his bowl everyday just like he does when he has a sunday roast with us, we tried different dog after trying many others expecting the same results but Charlie loved it from the start we are now 4 months in and he still loves it

The food comes in convenient cardboard boxes frozen and you take it out daily for the next day,my order is for two weeks at a time as I can’t cope with any more than that in my freezer.i order what I want and can change it if I want to.so far my dog (she’s a pug) loves her new food,she’s been on it now for 6 weeks and I’ve noticed her fur is soft and and she’s not scratching as much as she has a lot of allergies,the food is different as it has bits of fruit and veg in it and I feel so much happier knowing I’m looking after her properly

My dog absolutely loves Different Dog…
My dog absolutely loves Different Dog food! From the very first bowl, she was wagging her tail and talking to me with excitement and every time licks her bowl clean in minutes.
I had to find a food, to replace her raw food, as she now has kidney problems. All of the other foods look and smell awful, but these meals look and smell fresh, and I can tell the ingredients are high quality.
Since switching, I’ve noticed she has more energy, her digestion has improved and I’m feeding her something that’s both nutritious and delicious. I also love that the recipes are varied, plus the herbs disguise the smell of the tablets, so a win win! It was a relief to find Different Dog and I would highly recommend to any dog owner who wants the best for their furry friend! 🐾

A treat every meal time!
I love watching my dog’s joy as her dinner comes out of the fridge. She wasn’t enjoying her old food and so pleased I changed to different dog, she’s loves it!!
It’s nice to have a variety of flavours to give her and every meal time feels like a treat.

Great advice for transitioning on to this brand of dog food
The advice we had when transitioning to using DD for our two Cockerpoos was really helpful and both of them are really enjoying their mealtimes now. Our younger dog had started to leave food and we were worried she was losing weight but she really is a different dog now, enjoying the variation in flavours.

Improved kidney function within a month
When our dog was diagnosed with kidney problems, the vet recommended science kibble and warned us that we’d have to try a few as dogs don’t enjoy it. I had been homecooking the majority of her meals and had noticed a huge improvement in her coat and eyes, so didn’t want to go backwards to just kibble. Found different dog, she licks the bowl so clean you’d think it’d been through the dishwasher! within a month her kidneys had improved, no more protein in her urine, no more night time accidents and no more excessive thirst! The vets are really happy with her progress and she doesn’t need any medication. I’m so so happy! And so is my 15 year old furbaby.

Starchy Vegetable Content
I feel you need to review the amount of carrots/swede/potatoe your adding to the receipes to bulk the receipes out in weight. Feel there are too many starchy vegetables within your recipes. Starchy type vegetables aren't great for dog and can often cause a yeast build up, resulting in itchy paws, skin and gunky ears in dogs. It's meat dogs require more than anything.
This is something I have noticed other customers have mentioned on other social media platforms.
One thing I will say is, your customer service have always been great 👍

Our meals are formulated to be complete and balanced, using a combination of high-quality meat and vegetables to provide essential nutrients, fibre, and energy. That said, we completely understand your concerns around starchy vegetables and their suitability for some dogs, particularly those prone to sensitivities or yeast-related issues. We do have a free service to speak to our Pet Nutritionist if you would ever like to discuss this further?
We’d also like to reassure you that we haven’t changed our recipes. Our recipes contain 60% meat, which is the level recommended by our qualified nutritionist to ensure each meal is complete and balanced. Alongside this, we continue to focus strongly on homogeneity, meaning every pack contains the same carefully measured percentage of each ingredient to provide consistency and reliability in every serving.
Feedback like yours is extremely valuable to us, and we do regularly review our recipes based on customer experiences and ongoing nutritional research. We will be sure to pass your comments on to our Product Development team for further consideration.

Excellent right to the end …….
We have just lost our 13 year old Labrador. I phoned to let them know that a delivery was due in a few days time, and the lady was extremely kind and assured me that she would make sure the delivery was recalled as it would’ve been too upsetting. I also received a delivery of flowers with a thoughtfully written note. It doesn’t change the pain of the loss of Otis, but it was a gesture that made me smile. After many years of having a fussy dog who would go happily 3 to 4 days without eating I have finally found a food he loves , different dog has been a life saver for me he loves it and eats it all and licks the bowl out, after I previously tried every fresh dog food and most dried dog foods , I’ve made my own food some where successful some not he would get bored very easy with them until different dog came along fantastic food try it you won’t regret it . Only thing I would request is more variety more fish ones please he loves it .
