I ordered a diecast from them and they…

I ordered a diecast from them and they sent me the usual confirmation email and stated that they were working on my order. Approx 3 weeks went by and I had heard nothing so I went to their contact page and sent them a message inquiring about the status of my order. No response after 2 days so I sent them another message and no response after several days so I contacted my credit card company to get my money back. It is worth noting that they charge your credit card as soon as you place the order and NOT when the item ships which is what reputable companies do. And nearly 3 months later they still haven't responded - they are a scam.
