Outstanding Workshop with Growth River…
Working with the Growth River consultants was a very valuable experience for our leadership team. They created an atmosphere in which we could speak openly about things that are not always easy to address – how we work together, where responsibilities are unclear, where we need better communication and where each of us can develop as a leader.
What I particularly appreciated was that they did not come in and tell us what to do. They asked the right questions, challenged us when needed, and helped us understand each other better and find our own answers.
By the end of the workshop, we had much more clarity about how we want to work together as a leadership team, while at the same time keeping the openness, care and sense of community that are so important to us at Suryalila.
I left the workshop feeling inspired, clearer about our shared goals and confident that we had reached a new level of execution.
