My first contact was an online form

My first contact was an online form. I waited 24 hours for someone to contact me and they didn’t respond. So, I thought maybe I missed their call or email. I called them and talked to a lady she took my information and informed me that she would call me back.. hours went by with no response so I sent a text asking if there was any questions or updates.. about an hour later “she” called me back and said she would know by the end of the night or by morning. Well, it’s another night and I have had no response.. I am nervous to trust this company bc if I can’t count on them to return my calls then why should I trust them with my money and have confidence in them to successfully post my loved ones bail. Now another day\night will pass with my loved one incarcerated. I am disappointed in my choice to keep waiting for a call that’s never coming 😔😔😔
