IT'S JUST A SCAM COMPANY!

I would not subscribe for it again.

Never!

For a job I thought it could be useful, but it was not. So I askes support to get my money back.
Most of the time without any response.

Then "Anil" answered.

But instead of a refund he asked me for a meeting and what could be better to keep me with that programm. But I wanted a refund and so I told him.

No response again

I will take that to an advocat now.

"Voice In Plus" nice voice-to-text app

I haven't had the chance to try dictanote.co, but I do frequently use their "Voice In Plus" extension on Chrome. Nice voice-to-text application that supports a variety of languages.

THEY ARE THIEVES

The company, or, I would rather say, the "company” are thieves and dishonest people. Last year I tried Dictanote and subscribed for it, but I wasn't using it much so decided to unsubscribe. To my surprise, there is no such an option as with other civilized companies. You have to ask support to unsubscribe you. So I did. I never got any response.
It happened that I had to close that credit card for an unrelated reason. Immediately I started getting emails from Dictanote asking to update my credit card information. I responded that I unsubscribed a while ago, but emails continued to come. I ignored them.
About three months ago I found another product, Voice In. I didn't even realize that it was the same "company", at first. I had subscribed for a month and liked it, so I subscribed for a year to save money because it was cheaper. And just yesterday I found out that after charging me for a year of subscription they continued to charge me monthly! And, they started changing me monthly for Dictanote, again! This is unbelievable! They have been stealing my money month by month! Immediately I emailed "the support" and got an automated response that a ticket was created. After that – silence. I will have to claim a complaint to credit card and try to get my money back. People, beware! These guys are thieves! Stay away!
