IT IS A SCAM !!!!❌❌❌ BE AWARE❌❌❌❌

Order placed in July ,marked as delivered but could not see what the delivery company was or where the order was delivered to.They offered to resend the package and the same thing happened.
I got fed up and asked for immediate refund.
I has now been 4 months since I asked for a refund and still have not received it.
Customer service will respond the same thing saying “it will reach you in 15 days “
Which is false because they have been saying that since July.

Please don’t order anything from them,you will never receive your items nor get your money back.
I’m going to report them as a scam

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I thought this was Fashion Nova and it was not. I ordered my purchase in Sept and it is now Nov. The package said delivered when it wasn't. The company stated they would expedite my shipment and that one showed delivered but was not. Now they're saying they can refund me 70% since they are at a loss as well. People saying they received items are more than likely the people from the company writing those reviews. If a lawsuit is filed count me in. I have all my emails and the tracking numbers.

For the second time, I have been given a tracking number for the order and it shows all the delivery updates as if it were something real and they report it as delivered and in reality it has not been delivered. They are a fraud, they are thieves, they are playing and stealing the time and money of customers and people.Don't buy from this website if you don't want to be scammed. They are a scam company.

I did 3 orders two months ago september 2 got scammed never received them emailed them and never got my money back scammmmmeers

I ordered October 2nd. It's November 5th . They said my order was delivered on November 4th it wasn't . I thought I was ordering from Fashion Nova . Somehow it was from dictair .Never heard of them . It's a scam ! They got my money , address hopefully not my debit card number . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I have recently made three purchases on fashion nova which turn out to be dictair under the brand fashion nova two of the purchases was done by myself the other myself and my spouse on the 1,2 and 3
Of October of this year 2024
They said that my package was delivered and up and till now am yet to see any of those packages am not sure if fashion nova is aware but something need to be done about it, i would like a full refund for all three packages

I made an order 09/30/2024 and never received it. I turned this company in to the BBB. This site is a scam.

Do not order from them. I ordered in Oct 2 2024 and never received my package! Got an alert that it was delivered but it never was! So please do not order these are scammers

wow Dame scammers , Don't buy shit from here it is so fake .They will take your money and have you think you will receive your items in 30 days , and then lie about it, There no number to call them , just email they respond with the same lines there telling everyone. i filed a complain and reported them ,

I never received my package and I'm pissed off!! It may be time for a Class Action lawsuit!!! My order was supposed to be a gift. I read the positive reviews and they look FAKE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

I waited a month for my items and all of a sudden it says my items were delivered but I didn't receive them. I've been home all day and it claims it got delivered in the morning. All I want is my money back at this point

I placed an order on 9/25/24 and still haven't received it. I have sent several emails to no avail. They stated it was delivered but to where?? In one of the emails, they stated to go and ask my neighbors if they have it. Are you serious!!!!! It should've been sent to the address provided. I want my full refund back. They do not provide a contact number so we can speak to a customer service representative. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

I was shopping on fashion nova and somehow I placed my order with dictair, my order was NOT delivered AND WAS NOT DELIVERED on the 2nd attempted to be delivered, now they want to give me 70% back of my purchase I said I should get it all back cause I was not ordering on your site. This is scam behavior! Now I don’t get my money back cause if the order did not make it to me then how they supposed to refund me, through a check that’s going to take 6 months to process from out the country to the USA. I’m just disgusted with the whole situation. Never shopping on fashion nova again, thank you Dictair.

It has now been nearly a month, and I have yet to receive any items from my purchase. I am unsure if Fashion Nova is aware that this site is using your brand’s name and merchandise to process orders without fulfillment.

This situation is incredibly upsetting, as the order was placed for my daughter, who is beginning her first year of college. She’s a dedicated Fashion Nova fan, and I chose this site to buy clothing for her freshman year because of its association with your brand. None of the items have arrived, and this delay has been both financially and emotionally challenging.

I hope your team can help address this issue with dictair.com. This situation is not only financially unfair but also disappointing for my daughter as she begins an important chapter in her life. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This company is a scam! I never got the $3 each discount Fashion Nova jeans which after 30 days of waiting, showed out the blue on tracking as "delivered" at 9pm and i went to my door and nothing was there. They list DHL, FedEx and USPS as delivery couriers and after telling them I never got the "delivered " items, they say they use their own courier service which is NOT the above listed as they advertise. On September 25th (order started date) I paid for the order with "shipping insurance " $4 extra which should cover any issues for a full refund (normally), but this scamming company said I would be offered 60% refund because this is discounted items sold. And the "courier service" will not compensate for "delivered" packages that was not received. Makes no since... because it never made since from the beginning. I should have known better, like the saying goes "you get what you paid for". I paid a little of nothing for a discounted product, and I got absolutely nothing in the form of a product at the end of the 30 days of waiting and money was charged right away... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PACKAGES FOR THIS ORDER NUMBER AT MY ADDRESS. WHO IS THE CARRIER? YOU ARE SHOWING ME MY ADDRESS NO CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY DATE OR TIME OR CARRIER. IF YOU DO NOT TELL ME WHO THE CARRIER IS, THE TRACKING ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER AND IM NOT TALKING ABOUT THAT BS TRACKING 718, OR THE DATE IT WAS DELIVERED, IM GOING TO REPORT YOUR COMPANY FOR FRAUD. YOUR SHIPPING SYSTEM IS FAULTY AND NOT ACCURATE IN REAL TIME. YOU ALL TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND SCAM THEM. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS AT ALL. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AT 7:15am on 10/25/24 SAYING NY ITEMS WERE DELIVERED AND IT WAS NOT AND WE DO NOT GET DELIVERIES THAT EARLY UNLESS IT IS AMAZON OR FEDEX. THE COMPANY IS SHOWING ME THEIR TRACKING HISTORY STATING IT WAS DELIVERED ON 10/25/24 AT 5:36PM. WHICH IS IT? I HAVE CAMERAS ALL OVER MY PROPERTY AND NO PACKAGES WAS DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE.

So, thought I was ordering from fashion Nova. They used their page advertising. I should have know because of the pricing. I was thinking Fashion Nova have sells like this…. It’s been a month. Did my research and figured it was Dictair at the bottom of my screenshot I took to keep my conformation #. Freaking scammers. STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNINGS. I hope it burn when you piss!

BUYERS BEWARE ‼️‼️❌ Dictair is FAKE & Fashion Nova need to sue them for false advertisement and the use of their name. I was scammed due to this. I shopped with a reputable company before, so figured it was until I noticed it was a total different company who sent the invoice after payment. Do yourself a favor, donot order from Dictair they are scammers. I received a email a month later at 12:30 am saying my package was delivered. The lies they tell 😡😡😡😡

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM THEY FINALLY GOT ME. AT THIS BIG AGE I FAIL FOR A SCAM. THAT FAKE TRACKING SYSTEM SAYS THAT MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED.... LIES, AND GARBAGE, I FAIL TO CHECK FOR LEGITIMACY FIRST AS I NORMALLY WOULD DO. I SAW FASHION NOVA AND GOT COMPLETELY EXCITED. THINKING THAT DICTAIR WAS A PART OF FASHION NOVA. THE FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES WITH SOME LANE EXCUSE. THIS PROVES THE POINT IF SOMETHING SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!!!😡😡😡😡😡 THIS TYPE OF FOOLISHNESS SHOULD BE BANNED.
