I previously left another review, but this is an update based on how things turned out. I was invoiced 8,400 DKK for about 20 minutes of work (plus some driving), and I wasn’t able to reach any agreement with Dickows about adjusting the price, which led to a court process that dragged on for nearly a year. In the end, I had to pay close to the full amount.

What I’ve learned is that without a very detailed written agreement in place before the work starts, it’s extremely difficult to challenge an invoice afterwards under Danish rules. For me, this turned into an expensive, frustrating, and time-consuming experience.
