Really nice customer service team, logistics need a little smoothing
Your staff at the call centre have a very nice tone and a pleasure to deal with.
There was a snag they tried to help with:
Couriers find it difficult to find our home. So when I ordered by phone, I asked for the package to be delivered to a local news agent. However your staff said the system won't let them do this. I had to order it first to my own address, and only later on when the courier company sent me a text saying the goods were ready for delivery, I then was able to change to a pick up location in my area. It would have been smoother and nicer customer experience to just order it from the beginning to a pick up location of my choice.

everything about the service was spot…
everything about the service was spot on. next working day delivery for free was a good plus, and i cant fault anything about the service i received. the only area in which i wasnt so happy was the sizing of the clothing item. the only problem i had with it was the sizing came up smaller than usual and this seems to be a reoccurring problem i have which all items ive bought from Dickies. everything else in terms of the quality of the materials, and the service was spot on.
