Order never arrived, disappointed.
Edit: Okay wow as it turns out customs just entirely hadn't contacted me and it's not the shop's fault at all. not the first time this has happened with customs. Thank you to the shop for clarifying this because I literally had no idea, on my way to throw hands with the local customs here. Sorry for the confusion on my end as well!
I had made an order with the thought of it being a birthday gift for a friend, the order never arrived and there was never an explanation given. But hey, at least they did automatically refund the price of the dice I guess, so I'm not giving them 1 star for that.

Hi there, sorry about the misunderstanding here. I received the order back in the post after the customs charges that were generated for the order had not been paid. After so long the customs people just 'return-to-sender' anything that does not get paid for. I presume people don't want to pay the charge and refund them. My bad though, I should reach out first, however, it seems like this was a time-sensitive purchase.
