No Support

I have a negative balance in my account. I can't visit the branch to get back my account number to pay it. I contacted collection department hundreds time. No response. I called customer services there are giving me different number to call but still no support

My experience was amazing at Dubi Islamic bank

My experience was amazing at Dubai Islamic bank because of Shafeeq Ahmad! He is the best employee I have interacted with so far throughout most banks. Finishes the job really fast and provides all the information you need, unlike other employees I have dealt with you. Thank you very much Shafeeq I appreciate your hard work and I am definitely coming back to you again if I have any work with Dubai Islamic bank

Unprofessional and Frustrating Banking Experience – Avoid DIB!

I have had the most frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dubai Islamic Bank. Since June 2023, I attempted to open an account, wasting over a month with no progress. After realizing the inefficiency, I applied with another bank—only for DIB to suddenly send me a physical card out of nowhere! The account was never even activated, yet now, years later, they are sending me a VAT statement for an account that was never properly opened.

When I raised this issue, instead of resolving it professionally, they insist I visit their branch again. Why should I waste more of my time fixing their mistakes? Their handling of my case has been incredibly unprofessional and inefficient, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I strongly do not recommend banking with DIB if you value your time and expect proper customer service. Their processes are disorganized, unresponsive, and frustrating. Avoid the headache and choose a more reliable bank!

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life. Dib qasmiya the staff were very rude like they dint care abt their customer .....I spend my 3 hrs over there no use ....the staff are nit giving proper information ...they ask u to call to customer care ....it's completely waste of tym .....there is nothing use of customer care . Not recommended to anyone don't go there ..behaviour of staff is so rude .

We have lost our ATM card and have been trying to contact customer care for over three months without any response. Additionally, transferring money to a beneficiary takes more than a day, and sometimes the application takes too long to open, causing further delays.

Very very bad service this no 1 kachara bank service
If you want to speak customer agent you will cry its to much headache
There was dubai police traffic emi on my card i deposited money before emi date but they blocked my card my money was there I couldn’t use it and there is showing -99,999,221.35 minus what is this??? Then i go bank they give me form to fill up and share on gmail after 4 days they remove minus money and they unblock my card but im facing problem because not paying emi on the time now i have to visit trafic department no other solution this really headache without any reason I don’t know why dubai government not looking into this karchara services

One of the staff her Name is Fatima is very unprofessional.
She don't know how to deal the customer.

I don't know why you hire these unprofessional person.

DIB is the worst and fake bank

DIB is the worst and fake bank, don't take a credit card from this bank. Dont take a credit card loan with this bank else you will get trapped. This bank issued a credit card on my cell number, which was closed 6 months before, then they called me for the loan on my new cell number with fixed monthly installment. I have returned their loan amount with same months interest in same month. I tried to call the customer care and wasted almost 200 mints to informing then to close my card. Every time customer care was telling OTP has been sent to my old number. I have visited their branch and requested for change the number. week after they didnt do it. now every month they are charging me interest, and i am still behind to change my cell number so that i can login in their worst app and cancel the loan. I have been trapped well by the bank. How could bank issued me a credit card on my number which is closed 6 months back. How they got my new number and offered a loan. Now their system sending OTP my old number. They are kept on charging, even head office not able to help me. Its a trap. So guys don't take credit card or credit card loan from this cheater bank.

It’s a scam and not a bank

It’s a scam and not a bank . It’s been 6 months I want to cancel my credit card . It takes minimum of 30 min to speak wd customer care than they transfer u to other department for another 30 min and after 30 min of waiting either your balance will finish or battery will finish or phone will disconnect automatically.

Worst Experience

We had Auto debit in this bank, all we wanted was to change the bank account and DIB is one of the worst Bank we can recommend to any family or friends as their services are so bad and the bank customer service are so rude they make us feel as they are providing us money for free. And we decided to then pay the Auto loan in full and now last one month we have visited 4 times to closes their back end task, which is not happening. All they say is taken token and wait for your turn each time you have to wait more than two hours. THIS IS THE WORST BANK SERVICE EVER.

Such a worst banking experiences I have…

Such a worst banking experiences I have been through.
I was given an settlement offer to close my loan but even after paying the offer amount as single payment even 4 days before the time given. Still 2 months they r saying there is system issue and cannot be update their stupid system and I am getting sms and email as overdue for the discounted amount.

When I visited Dalma Mall branch, a lady in the customer service is saying "we can't deal it here and you have to contact the same person who called you and made the offer'

That guy Mohammed Rawee isn't answering the calls even.

He called me once and said the problem is because I paid through online transfer they couldn't update their system it should have paid in branch.
When the amount i transferred is immediately adjusted on my loan amount why does it take 2 months to update it? And not even resolved.

Please please don't open account with them or take loan with this guys.

Very very bad experience, they are complicating the customer life , I am trying to contact them for activating my mobile app since one month and more ,they just transferring me to their colleges without any effort , I am sure I will close my account, not recommended at all , wasting the time of the customer and not giving proper service
