Unimpressed

I returned a shirt that was the incorrect size. So far taken a week to send me replacement / bigger sized shirt which I would not expect from a company in the UK which prides itself apoarently on orders being satisfied in 48 hrs?
Communications also poor...took 2 e mails before I could get a response.
When I eventually get my shirt will not be using this company again. Very poor!

Hi Paul, disappointing to hear this. Let’s look at the timeline: original order was received within 2 days. Your exchange was sent back which took another couple of days to receive, then the return was checked, processed and the new one shipped out all within 2 days, we’ve also had a weekend in all that. Sorry that you have been unimpressed, but the reality is that it hasn’t been anything excessive. The product I am sure you will enjoy very much, should you feel differently in the future then feel free to contact us directly to see if we can arrange something for you.

Bought a shirt for my husband

Bought a shirt for my husband, the delivery was super quick! And the quality is amazing 😍 was unsure what size to get him but I emailed the company and they were so helpful! Will definitely be buying more!

Great service, excellent product.

Excellent service from the team at Diamond Theory. Easy to navigate the website, fast delivery & great customer service.
The clothing itself fits perfectly, is comfortable and high quality material.
Anyone looking for muscle fit clothing should buy fron Diamond theory to look and feel great.
100% will buy again.

Our sizing is clearly indicated on the website and our brand is worn by some of the biggest bodies on the planet, we are confident our sizing is not 'very small'.
