I was a little apprehensive about ordering a bespoke ring, from a company I found in Instagram however there was no need to be! I explained what I was after and was given a quote, the process was explained in terms of deposits, time and production stages of the ring. There was no pressure and after a few months I decided to go ahead. I received my wedding band yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful! I have taken a long time to choose this to fit my upgraded engagement ring, but this was an amazing price for better specs compared to high street retailers (I ordered natural diamonds). The packaging was also beautiful and high quality, making the moment even more precious. Mehak is very responsive by email, reassuring and keeps you updated at all times. 10/10. We contacted Mehak after I found them on Instagram with the intention of purchasing a 3ct engagement ring. Mehak designed a bespoke ring for us and I could not be happier especially since we were able to get a 4ct because of the attractive price. I was updated regularly throughout the entire process and my ring is more beautiful than I can imagine. We will be returning for a bespoke wedding band that will be designed to fit my engagement ring. I will forever return to Mehak for all my diamond requirements.

Had a lovely experience with Diamond Forever Sheffield, Mehak was great to work with. I showed some pictures of a specific type of diamond cut I liked and she was able to send me different options. I was able to customise the ring as much as possible and the CAD designs were great to ensure I knew what the ring was going to look like eventually. Mehak kept me informed and sent me pictures of the ring throughout the process. Prices are low in comparison to the high street jewellery brands. I have recently taken delivery of a 2 carat Lab Diamond solitaire. With certificate. It is stunning. I sent them pictures of my ideas and they brought them to life. I am a very happy customer. I ordered some amazing diamond studs from Diamond Forever. After delivery I realized that the earrings were a little loose on my ear. When I told them this, Mehak arranged for them to be fixed in no time. Fantastic service, I could not be happier. I love the earrings.
