The service used to be excellent, but now it's just awful!

Hello. I am a customer of this service. It used to be an excellent service, but this past year has been a complete disappointment! Their numbers work intermittently; one day everything works fine, and the next day the numbers may not work. The support is terrible! Jack and Helen have no idea what they're doing, they don't even try to understand the problem, they just respond with the same old line, “Everything is fine, we don't have any problems.” Mila from support at least tries to help, but not always... To get them to actually solve your problem, you have to spend half a day explaining everything to them. It's just a terrible attitude toward work! I have no idea why their service has gotten so bad, because everything used to be fine...
