I’m giving one star because I contacted them several times by email and took the time to answer their questions, but they never got back to me as promised to keep me informed.
Once, I can understand, but three times? No…! The least they could do is keep candidates informed, even in the event of a rejection. It’s simply a matter of respect and consideration.

Frankly, head and shoulders above their peers
I have been solicited quite a bit for my longstanding experience for the type of consultancies Dialectica is delivering to its clients.
Other companies have clumsy certification processes, ask for vetting questions that actually are consultancy questions, and are often off the mark on relevance.
Dialectica people SPEAK to you (I know, crazy…), they are always on-point and make the experience seamless. You can fully dedicate your energy to deliver thought-through advice.
And oh… they are really nice and pleasant people.
