I'm sorry to hear that your cards haven't arrived. I personally picked and packed these on the 28th August, and they were posted out to you the same day by 1st class. I have checked the tracking, and there is no update on the delivery unfortunately, which I know isn't very helpful at this stage. They should definitely have arrived by now given the service they were sent.
