Don't even have shoes yet - slow delivery

Don't even have shoes yet, but that is my complaint. My order was filled within 24 hours but the delivery date was two weeks out. Why does this company use such slow delivery? Not acceptable in this day and age. Unlikely to order from them again. Will assess quality of shoes once I get, but spending 150 on them and taking two weeks to get, I am already unhappy.

I don’t even want to give one star

I don’t even want to give one star! I send message after message to warranty dept and their info line and I get absolutely no response. My brand new warrior edge frame cracked while in a game. Less than two months old. I registered the warranty too and have received zero response to all my messages. This is sadly last time I buy their paddles. I love the paddle but the customer service is beyond atrocious. Not the first problem I’ve had either. They sent the wrong colour paddle cover, took weeks for them to respond to the wrong order received messages. Then they said they’d fix it and they didn’t. Finally after two months I simply asked for my money back, which they did expeditiously, but why don’t they communicate? Frustrating.

Diadem Warrior Red - Defective Paddle Face

I purchased the Diadem Warrior - Red

I have sent multiple emails to customer support explaining the paddle defect. Essentially, the paddle laminate face detached on one side creating an air-pocket in the center of the paddle face on one side. I provided images and a video to substantiate the claim. I requested a refund and lastly submitted a Warranty Claim regarding the issues.
I've played pickleball for 4 yrs and owned 5-6 paddles. I've never seen the face detach in less than 3 months with very little use. The paddle is obviously defective.

Unfortunately, customer support denied my refund, requested I submit a warranty claim, but never responded to the submitted warranty claim.

Buyer Beware.
