Needed to speak to someone regarding the items I wished to purchase. Person who I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. Parcel arrived fairly promptly (well, it was Royal Mail) so very pleased with the service I received.

Ordered blood sugar test strips for next year; Disgusted to find they expire in February (two months away!) Avoid this company.

Place an order very early Friday morning. Paid for next day delivery.

Nothing arrived. Phoned company this morning. There excuse was DPD did not pick up the parcel. No apologies. Not even a phone call or email on Friday to explain the problem. Cancelled the order & asked for full refund. They didn’t seem to care.

This is a review just based on my own experience with Diabetic Supply, I’ve only ever had a good experience using them.

The stickers are great, yes they do start to peel when getting close to my Libre ending but, it’s 15 days so I don’t expect them to be in perfect condition when it’s close to a change.

The Omnipod stickers are even better, as it’s only 3 days until a change and if they’re placed in a good position, in my own experience I’ve had zero issues with them.

Placed an order yesterday for special delivery and it arrived this morning so can’t fault the overall service.

I purchased 10 patches for my freestyle libre sensor and this is my 4th time ordering never had any problems ever until my last order i have gone through 6 patches in a week as not sticking so I sent a email to support team.
Unfortunately support was the last thing they did no support was given just was told this happens and all depends where we get our stock from but not they problem no offer to swap the product just send what you have left we can refund them but not the rest.
I lost a sensor that I'm having to pay for but can see on here that the company as a bad reputation wish I checked first.

Unbelieveable levels of incompetence . Really disappointing service, thankfully there are other websites who can deliver faster and are much cheaper.

Having had to wait 5 days for a paid express delivery, their customer response was dreadful..... Unsympathetic and totally unprofessional..... Very disappointed.... Shame on you

There is a thumbwheel which you have to turn numerous times for each test. This is a real issue for elderly or people with arthritis. This is not made clear on their promotional material. I have contacted BETACHEK numerous times but have not had a reply back to raise this issue and to obtain a refund. I personally would not recommend BETACHEK to anyone.

Ordered a case for medtronic 780g and had nothing but a great service from them email say order was picked and shipped, email saying that the case was sent with a trusted delivery company and given a date and time for the delivery

They sent me a faulty device and refused to allow me to return it, instead telling to contact the manufacturer. Lied and said they asked me to send pictures. Corrupt company who will just take your money and run. God knows why the likes of Klarna are dealing with these cowboys!

I’ve used this company a few times now for libre sensor over patches as they have a fantastic variety of designs. There was a problem with my latest order and the customer service was fantastic- super fast response and resolution to my query. Really impressed and will definitely be using again in the future.

It has now been 5 days since I had an email saying they had alegedly posted my order. It is now saturday and still no sign, so unlikely to get it until sometime next week. These busnesses should seriously look at who they entrust to provide their delivery service or they will not have a business. Avoid if you need anything within 2 weeks.

Have increased the frequency of blood testing and required more ‘strips’, ordered via Diabeticsupply. Easy website in terms of function, products arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

Good products. I ordered some omni pod patches, and they are far superior than the others I was using - would recommend

Frauds. Money payed 3 months ago and products were never send. They have never answered for my queries.

Really impressed with my order! Arrived on time and well packaged - have tried on my Not Just a Patch and I’m impressed- I emailed David a while ago and he was really helpful in recommending this product. Lovely customer service and love that they set this up from a personal story (similar situation to myself getting diabetes :( with their son) feels great helping a ‘local’ company. Will definitely order from again! Thanks guys :)

They are very good in writing but not in their work! Just like the politicians! Bla..bla

I have written two emails to customer service. Never had any feedback!
The first (the same minute I placed the order) was about the order cancelation due to the fact I understood that taxes will be applied.
The second one about the return and refund - as I refused to receive the order (due to the taxes) and it was returned to sender.
Also still haven’t received any refund!!!!
Really not nice experience!

really hard to find blood ketones strips. they arrived in time. well packed. overall very happy with the service
