Defective Product
Dear Customer Service,
I am contacting you regarding a mascara I purchased at your DI store in Mechelen. The product was sealed in its packaging, so I could not check its condition before purchase.
I live in Italy and occasionally visit Belgium to see a friend. On the day of purchase, I had a flight to Italy and bought several products in your store because some items are not available in my country.
Upon arriving home, when opening the mascara, I found that the brush was detached from the wand, making the product completely unusable, as the brush is inside the tube and cannot be applied without being properly attached.
