Tracking is horrible. I will go with Express.


UPDATE: After 33 days it has arrived in Dubai but no delivery yet! Its crazy

If I could rate 0 stars, i genuinely would. Are you telling me that my watch has to sit 1 week doing nothing until finally being loaded on a truck to leave and come to UAE? First, I ordered on March 1. Suddenly, It got returned to the seller. Then finally it showed The shipment arrived in the region of recipient and will be transported to the delivery base in the next step on 10th march. Guess what, it didn't! 6 hours later, this showed The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization. Like come on, you just said it landed in the country. Then it took a whole 6 days for this to come The shipment has been booked for transport on a truck. Please find more information here. I dont know what to expect next. Hopefully it even comes at this rate.

DHL outside my house but left.

I saw that the car stopped outside my house , and he wrote that delivery wasn’t possible and left. I was home , my neighbors were home. Now I have to walk far to the post office to pick the package up , which I can’t really carry that far because it’s most likely heavy.
DHL postmen don’t want to work and do their job that they are paid for.

Terrible mess

I don't understand this. I have tracking number for a parcel coming from Germany to UK. It only works on German site with vague information. I can't see details of attempted delivery (I was here, no one attempted anything). You can put postcode for detailed tracking but it says incorrect postcode. It is a UK postcode, what can I do?! Tried calling three different automated DHL numbers. No idea what's happening with the parcel, no one left a card (I doubt they were here though). This is appaling customer service.

Appalling company. Completely Useless. Why do they exist?

Appalling company. Lazy, careless, incompetent drivers and couriers. See my other reviews of other various DHL branches. Yet another waste of time with them again. Bought an item from iFixit. Item shipped 24 April. Bounced around the Netherlands until 26 April. Tracking abruptly STOPPED until 4 May when suddenly there were 5 tracking updates from 4 May. The result? Item being sent back to iFixit! How much petrol was wasted on a computer battery!

Utterly, shamelessly useless. Inept, impotent, completely pointless 'customer service.' Look at all these 1 star reviews! They clearly have no intention of improving their service or hiring people with any motivation to do the minimal amount of work to deliver parcels. They outsource all their local deliveries to low budget, mouth-breathing contractors who don't give a crap about anything. I hate this company with a vengeance.

Slow to deliver outside Germany

Same here ordered motherboard from computer universe (beautiful online store but may lose all costumers due slow DHL Paket shipping , it’s still in transit from Frankfurt since 27th of January until this moment with last status (The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization, IPZ Frankfurt) also most Saudi customers buying from computer universe had these problem few get their shipment in two or three weeks most in 20 something days , the rest between a month or two , for me I know it didn’t reach Saudi Arabia and I know when it arrives after customs and delivery Gunna be a month or so 26 days until today and still didn’t get handed to SPL post office that so unacceptable even through pandemic , btw most shipments handed from USA or China usually don’t pass 20 days until it’s inside Saudi Arabia so I’m pretty positive it’s from DHL Paket end and computer universe handed it to German post in two days only after that my suffering began

Trying to get hold of this company is…

Trying to get hold of this company is an absolute joke. They say they keep you updated on your parcel delivery but they don't they gave me a tracking number which is for Germany but I live in the UK I didn't receive a UK tracking number my parcel came to the UK multiple times and now it's getting sent back to the sender. When I go onto the website and put my tracking number in it says unclaimed. Thanks for keeping me updated. Trying to contact me DHL really good job 🙃🙃If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst delivery company in the Word

Worst delivery company in the Word ! And super expensive!!!
When I order at my address, they never come to my house,Just they leave the package in their drawers on the street and I go to look for it. Horror!

Worst drivers ever

Over the past months, every time i expected a parcel from DHL, i kept up hope, maybe this time the driver will actually deliver it and not just drop it off somewhere, and every time i'm disappointed, because every package gets either dropped off at a neighbor or a parcel shop. please don't work for a delivery company if you don't actually want to make deliveries.

The worst service I have experienced

The worst service I have experienced. The package: 22641108212 was sent from Poland by DHL international at a cost of 40 euros, but was 7 days en route and even automatically sent to a parcel shop 3 km from my address in another postal district. Thank you DHL for lousy service. GLS sent a similar package from Vienna in just 2 days for 15 euros. The Danish distributor Bring then refused to transfer the package to another parcel shop, where I talked to the most rude "customer service" I have experienced. It was only my fault that the package had ended up wrong and Bring had absolutely no intentions of helping even though my 22 kg package by DHL's "help" was incorrectly placed and I do not have a car. Thanks for that Bring. I had to pay over DKK 250 to pick up the package by taxi. The other similar package: 22641110585 which had also been sent at the same time as DHL never arrived, but disappeared somewhere in Germany after I had waited 16 days. Impressive achievement by both DHL and Bring. Good cooperation. Too bad you can not give minus stars.

Useless service

Worst courier service ever. Terrible customer care.
They do not have even email to contact. Only Phone number available.
Once you call their International department and speak English, they disconnect the line. They only speak German. I have tried 5 times and same fate.
For the last 40 days my parcel tracking shows same data.
Wont use them again

Absolutely terrible service. According to their tracker my parcel has been sat a depot for 2 weeks. Can't get in contact with anyone either. Useless. Won't use again.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They manage to lose two big boxes over 15kg.
After many weeks of trying to figure out why my items are not been scanned they are just sorry for losing my items. No solution offered.

Terrible customer service

The Packet was sent to Belgium instead of Ireland. It came out on the Label wrong but the lady in the shop said it would go to Ireland. Now mistakes can happen on both sides (Company and Customer) but I was told on the phone with Frau Marianna and in Chat with Frau Doreen Stein. that they could do nothing. The house/town address was only in Ireland. so it was simple to prove it was in the wrong country. I asked if they could at least call the Bpost to find the packet and then said there was nothing they could do it would to difficult ! I am sorry but that is absolute nonsense. They could ring Bpost in Belgium, locate the package and have it redirect to Ireland but I had to do the work myself and call Bpost! I am not angry at the error but at the lack of help or any form of customer service. Just words we are sorry!!! Shame on you DHL easy to help when the answer is simple but no customer service if they need to do a little work!
