So great to deal with. I had an order that was delayed in customs and when I contacted DHL, everybody that I dealt with were so helpful and professional. They had the order cleared in Customs within 24 hours. Thank you so much DHL!

It's funny how the reviews are split between 5 stars and 1 stars, I'm just fortunate that I'm in the former group.

DHL, specifically DHL Express, has been nothing but glorious in the few years I've used it. They come very fast - within a week INCLUDING weekends from most countries in Europe and the UK - and has great communication by sending you texts to keep you on track of your item's movements. The only flaw is that it's incredibly expensive, sometimes costing more than the item itself, however this is very much so worth it if you're buying items internationally on occasion, as I do.

I'd like to quickly note that this is strictly speaking about DHL Express only and not any other services, including the regular service, which I've never used.

Overall, if you have the money and are impatient enough, definitely pay for DHL Express. It's definitely worth it.

Have been waiting for a parcel that, according to the tracking, has been sitting at Frankfurt airport for two months.
The Australian (laughably named) customer service operators are useless. They refuse to do anything. They say that because it has been more than a month, all enquiries must be made with DHL in Germany.
Upon calling the German contact centre number, I was informed that this could only be dealt with by the 'international department'. However, when you are transferred there, all of the 'international' operators claim that they can't speak English. I was subjected to this procedure five times over.
DHL is a very badly-run company and the service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Basically, my goods were made in our university lab in London and shipped to Sydney. They declined the manufacturer's declaration and did not give a clear reason. When we asked what the problem is, they simply ignored our emails. Now, we have our goods stuck here. The people ignored emails are Matthew P and Rashedul H.

Very fast. I have received a few items from around the world during the pandemic in under 2 weeks.
Great service.
