Ripp of Tax-fees

They offer a tax-service for international service. But: It's a trap. I ordered a ago-box with snacks (so it's one ordered item). The customs had to check the content. DHL-Express charges 5€ for every item that exceed the number of 5. Those items have a worth of 1€ each. So ... Order a 37,50€ Box and pay 1,38€ taxes plus almost 30 € "fees". I name it: Rip off

Delivery company lacking delivery knowledge.

Multiple times I've been disappointed about DHL, but today was probably the most annoying. I got a text this morning saying my package would be delivered today, but all of a sudden I get a new text saying the package could not be livered, as my address is outdated and that I've moved. I have not. The address is correct, and I've been home all day. Instantly I called customer service, and asked if they could call the driver (who presumably still was nearby) but they couldn't, even though he saw that he was right by my street. So now I just need to wait and see if the clothes I brought to bring on vacation in two days will arrive in time or not.
I'm hereby refusing to use DHL, and if a store only offers DHL as delivery method I will choose another store instead. PLEASE MAKE YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE ACTUALLY DELIVER PACKAGES.

Absolute bunch of liars

Absolute bunch of liars. Waiting for a delivery after 5pm their stated time to end up getting an e mail saying the delivery had been refused. Why would I refuse a delivery I’ve been waiting for. By the looks of the reviews this company needs a serious overhaul. If anyone fancies starting a decent well run company for deliveries I think you’ll clean up. Absolute rubbish. 🤬🤬🤬

Why is DHL slow in delivering my…

Why is DHL slow in delivering my checks? And who can you call to find out about your delivery? I put in an order for checks on June 3,2022 the recording debited the money out of my checking account and said my checks will be delivered to my mailbox on June 16,2022. Today is June 16, 2022 the mail has already ran and no checks in the mailbox. I called DHL Express for assistance, which they are requesting a 10 tracking numbers but I have 31 tracking numbers. This system needs to be fixed or better explained so senior people like myself can understand what the heck is going on!

we had shipping from italy to indonesia . The package arrived in bali and after 7 week in Bali they said to me we need found an importer with the license. It's crazy in Bali one tourist place , a lot of foreigners people leave there and DHL is not able to following our shipment. better laugh than cry

For the love of god DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR EXPRESS DELIVERY NEEDS!
Total, total nightmare. I cannot begin to describe the stress of having to deal with this joke of a 'company'.
I booked an express delivery to Italy, for some documents that need to get there swiftly. Booked the service on Friday 10/06/2022, under the impression the courier would come and collect the same day. I waited all afternoon, but the courier didn't turn up and there was NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOVER from DHL Express. Just the option to rebook the collection. I do this, for today, Monday 13/06/2022, keeping all my finger crossed because there was no drop off option for this service.
Ok, so I change shifts at work so I can be at home today for the collection, which should have happened between 9am and 6pm. I've been waiting and getting more and more anxious by the minute, courier still not here.
When I call the 'customer service' number, I get a bot that doesn't recognise my tracking number at all. When I check on their website, the frigging live chat bot tells me 'the sender hasn't sent your shipment yet" - I'm the frigging sender! You are support to friggin collect it that's you you ain't got it yet!! I swear I'm gonna have an heart attack today...
On Facebook messenger, they send me the link to the above website, which can't help anyway, saying that's absolutely ALL they can do. I suggested they took down Facebook messenger from the options on how to get help!
Oh, I managed to chat to a real, human advisor earlier on, who very kindly apologised, but gave no explanation as to WHY THE FK the courier didn't turn up on the first day, and then just confirmed that the collection is booked for today at 18:00. Yes, I KNOW THAT.
When, when in the holy world are you going to take this envelope from me? Above all, why are you leading people on? If you're unable to offer a service, simply say so. Let the customer go somewhere else when they can. This experience has killed my mood for days and now I still have to find a way to deliver my urgent documents to Italy. I'm appalled doesn't begin to cover it.

Truly horrible experience with this…

Truly horrible experience with this company. Difficult tracking, emails advising of delivery today but no show, next day same again with added insult that they attempted at 21.40 and got no response. Two people were in at the front of the house. I suspect drivers have to lie as no time left to complete the round. 8 days from dispatch for next day service and still no parcel.

Useless company

Sat in all day waiting for a delivery and finally rang DHL to ask why it hadn't arrived and why I hadn't been given any sort of time slot as they advertise. Was told the notifications are only sent out when the parcels are put on the van. So if your parcel is not put on the van they don't bother telling you and just leave you hanging around wasting your time. They say they'll try to deliver tomorrow so I suppose I'll have to waste another day.

DHL Rubbish

The parcel I was expecting arrived at DHL delivery depot at 0236 on Thursday 26th May so why would they not deliver it on Thursday. It states on the tracking that it is due for delivery on the 27th so why is DHL keeping the parcel for over 24 hours before they deliver it. They had my parcel at 0236 so why was it not put on a delivery van instead of keeping it at their depot until Friday to deliver it which means by the time I get it they would have held on to it for at least 36 hours, total joke !!!

DHL express ? No, DHL fot Deplacement Highly Low

DHL ... express ... already the name is a lie !!! I posted a letter : 0. 5 kg (R 535) the 7th may 2022 in Postnet the islands (NW) to Bobigny (France). The 12/05/2022 the letter just arrived in Johannesburg Airport (les than 70 km away). DHL ... Express !!! what a joke. Use DHL Express only if you have time ... a long long time and no dead line. (DHL Express : 325080089691). And I keep the better to the end : DHL send you any message, any thing to let you know ... The worse courrier service. DO NOT USE IT ANYMORE!!!!

They are awful

They are awful - literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Was meant to get travel docs on a specific day to allow me to travel home 2 days later from the US. Didn’t turn up, was closed all weekend and resulted in me missing flights and costing me money on another nights stay and new flights. Their customer service was useless, constant mixed messaging and couldn’t even give me any certainty despite their mistake. The complaints procedure is also a joke; you get an apology and a review but no repayment for the significant costs incurred or the stress / inconvenience as they take no responsibility for it. They really are a terrible terrible company.

Nobody ring, nobody call, just flag me as unreachable.

I'm was forced to use this company by sender. I must pay 24 EUR-os for delivery one envelope with credit card inside. On delivery day I received 6 e-mails and sms messages about delivery. Finally they send me an e-mail and also sms, that I'm unreachable at provided address and they will try it tommorow. I can't understand how it is possible if I am all time at my home with my wife. Nobody ring, nobody call, just send me a message that we not at the delivery address, or it was bad??? Finaly I must pickup it itself on DHL service station. Unbelievable experience.

what a load of crap this lot are…

what a load of crap this lot are ordered a urgent consignment from Italy was informed by ESSEBISHOP SRLS THE SUPPLIER THAT A INPORT DUTY WAS TO BE PAID THE SUPPLIER IN ITALY COMTATED D H L IN
ITALY TO GET THIS SORTED D HL TRYED TO DELIVER
THIS PARCEL ON 25 APRIL AND DEMANDED 44POUNDS why cant the this company try doing
what the customer ask them to do now 26 4 22 customer in Italy ha ask again for the same request again but dhl are still not sorting this out avoid this crop of s t waybill number 3244372526
