Worst company ever, I made an appointment with them and waited for hours , every time I called them they confirmed that they will come but they never show up, very unfriendly service on the phone, there was even discrimination as I was not German speaking

We were informed, that no price could be estimated and a technician needs to arrive first. "He will give you a price and you can decide then.". It has been confirmed to us, that no charges will be made before we accept.
Well, you can... but you are pretty much forced to use it. 180€ for 5 minutes of work. If we would have declined that would have been 110€.

This is unacceptable. Disgusting behaviour like this being legal, is a surprise to me. Contacting them yields misleading information. If you ask them friendly, what to do in this situation, they simply hang up.

BEWARE! NEVER EVER CALL THIS COMPANY! We accidentally left our KEY inside the house, We obviously were desperate and in need of help A.S.A.P so despite of the bad reviews with this company we tried our luck and hope that we won't have the same experience as others did. They said that the guy who's gonna help us unlock our door will arrive for about an hour EST. We waited for almost 3 hours outside and still nobody came. We then called them again for a follow up, but they said they couldn't guarantee when the guy will be on his way. So then, we cancelled the service. We cancelled because they couldn't even give us a proper answer. We called a DIFFERENT COMPANY and just for about 20 minutes the guy came to rescue already. But here's the Bullsh*t scenario, yesterday, we got an INVOICE from this DHE company and are asking us to pay 30 euros for the call. I mean? W.T.F?! You kept us waiting for 3 hours without any update and now we have to pay 30 euros for the headache you caused us? You're out of your mind!! It might just be 30 euros, not as much compared to the others but no way we'll pay something that even caused us stress. Yikes. SAVE your TIME and MONEY, PEOPLE! 1 star doesn't even give justice, I would give lots of 00000000 STARS if I could. SUCH A DISGUSTING COMPANY! RIIIIIIIPPPPPP OFF!

Public lawsuit

Dear everyone who has had a bad experience with DHE. I have read your complaints and our experience is about the same as yours. A guy came to our apartment and fixed our plumming promising that it would only be a couple hundred euro. Then he produced a handwritten bill for 700 Euro instead.

We have filed a complaint with the police. Two people from a subcontracter have been identified as the culprits but DHE will take no responsibility on the issue.

In order to ensure that DHE and the contractors will recieve punishment we need everyone to file a complaint with the police. We have just done this now and we seem to have been the only ones. You can file the complaint as Betrug with the police. When enough of us has done this, we can ensure that DHE and their subcontractors will recieve their punishment.

BETRUG / FRAUD

NEVER call this company. They will put you in contact with a "tecknik" who is miles away from your place. The price asked will be extreme overpriced and wenn you will call them back to call off the service they will send you a bill of 99 EUR just for a phone call.

Awfull organization.
Overpriced.
They charge unreasonably high. Wven for the cancellation of the order.

I really hope you are going to spend the money you asked me in medicines for your entire life.

I had a problem with my boiler and for 10 min of work (just pouring water in the boiler) I got a bill of 900€!!!!! I didn't want to pay and they started threatening me so I felt obliged. I'm trying to get in touch with them to get my money back and so far no one seems keen enough to state that this is unbelievable as price. I really hope your entire company will burn down you criminals!!!!!!

This company is terrible stay away from it!
took me one month to contact them after calling and sending e-mails and when i was answered the man insulting me as i was wrong!! they sent a rechnung for a service that didn't happen!
