What a con trick if you want a refund they tell you to go your card services but you only have 15 days to do and orders take longer so your conned with crap to fill your recycle bin stay away

Complete scam.. The app does not work, it is badly translated, there is no contact with seller who is ignoring my messages. The shoes are way too big and I paid nearly 100 euros for them. The app is saying I can only open the dispute within 21 days of receiving the item, I got them week ago and I cannot open a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS, YOU will not get what you pay for and lose money

We ordered a tent from dhgate for 160 euros. nobody informed us that it would not be delivered. It was only after months that we were able to find this out through research. We didn't get the money (160 euros) back. Unfortunately, you only get contact with chat bots, not by phone or email. Absolute fraud and a criminal shop.

I placed an order , money was taken immediately, I did not receive an any confirmation therefore no order number . I have emailed every email address that I could find but no replies. I won’t be using them again

I ordered a jacket and very quickly it was marked and emailed that it had been delivered, obviously it hadn’t. I contacted the shipping company who told me that the tracking number supplied by the seller was actually attached to a different person and location. I contacted the seller to see if they’d given me the wrong number and asked for the correct trading number. They told me I hadn’t ordered a jacket but will not tell me what i actually have ordered! They’ve called me an idiot, told me to ‘F off’ that I’m a fraud for ordering- although they won’t tell me what I’ve actually ordered if it’s not a jacket. That I’m malicious etc. this is clearly a SCAM.
I have tried to email Dh gate but it just keeps bouncing back. I’m unable to open a dispute or get any helps please don’t order anything as there is no after care at all and I’m now out of pocket

Once again another item not delivered! I had ordered a few items at once, most of the goods were good value and reasonably delivered. BUT I’ve had one item not delivered even though the seller states it has been, tracking details are false. Another item was just an empty box!

I already had a very bad experience with DHgate few years ago and wrote a review about it. They responded to Trust Pilot for them to review the case but never replied to me. Since it was years ago, I tried to buy again but the same thing happened. I bought pair of shoes but sent me bigger size. I ordered US size 5.5 which is 22.2 cm. They sent me 10 inches long which are 25.4 cm with wide ankle straps and with 4 inches width. Both of my feet can fit on one sandal. I sent video on how it fits on my foot and sent pictures measuring the size of the sandals not agreeing with the size I ordered. It seems that these are more of men’s size. I presented the case to DHgate seller but they just offer me $8 dollar refund out of $67 I paid. I had DHgate to intervene but they finalize a refund of $25. The sandals are not wearable by my feet size due to wrong size but they refuse to send them back. If the fault is on my side, I can understand but I have no control of the sandals they want to send to their customers. I should have learned my lesson and I hope this would be a lesson to all their customers out there.

As an enthusiastic online shopper, I was excited to explore DhGate's offerings, hoping to find unique items at great prices. However, my experience with the platform left much to be desired.

The shipping process was incredibly drawn out. What was promised to be a reasonable wait turned into weeks of anticipation, leaving me frustrated and impatient. When the package finally arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment.

The product I received was a far cry from what was advertised on the website. As a keen fashion enthusiast, I had ordered a stylish jacket that looked sleek and well-made in the pictures. Yet, what arrived was a poorly stitched, ill-fitting garment that barely resembled the image online. The quality was abysmal, and it was evident that shortcuts had been taken in its production.

Attempting to address these issues only added to my frustration. Contacting customer service proved to be a challenge in itself, with long waiting times and unhelpful responses. It felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and the lack of resolution left me feeling disheartened and disillusioned.

In hindsight, my experience with DhGate serves as a cautionary tale. While the allure of bargain prices may be tempting, it's essential to temper expectations and proceed with caution. For me, the promise of great deals was overshadowed by lengthy shipping times, subpar product quality, and inadequate customer service. As such, I would hesitate to recommend DhGate to fellow shoppers.

NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE is my advice.

Having never dealt with DH GATE before I saw a jacket that I wanted but could not get anywhere else in my size.

Therefore I opened an account with DH Gate and placed an order worth over GBP £90 with a “seller” listed as “ maonidayi ”.

The order was placed on 14 March 2024

After a few days I checked the status only to find a message from the “seller” maonidayi saying that the jacket was out of stock and suggesting that they could send a different jacket.

Because I did not want the other different jacket, I cancelled my order.

The next day I discovered that the "seller" maonidayi had refused to cancel the order, so my money was gone.

When I tried to get help from DH Gate, their system would not allow me to make a complaint until after goods had been received and only if I had clicked to say that the goods had been received !!

Because the “seller” had no stock, this was obviously impossible because I had received no goods because there were no goods to be had.

Therefore DH Gate had created a CATCH 22 situation for any purchaser who had money taken but no goods received.

I was stuck DH Gate's CATCH 22. This is why you should not take the risk and NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE.

After many many many messages to DH Gate over many many days – over about a week in total – all to no avail, I finally contacted DH Gate's CEO Diane Wang with a letter of complaint setting out the problems.

Diane Wang's details are easily found by researching the internet.

Today ( 3rd April 2024 ) I finally managed to get my money refunded, but not without loads and loads of grief and hassle.

The lesson to all readers of this review is simple – I recommend that you NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. You have been warned.

I have ordered 6 guitars and 3 watches (copies) through DHgate.
The first 4 guitars were very good. (a few frets were high and needed some dressing), but all in all they were very well built and offered great value.
The last 2 came from the sellers Musicgarden and Guitarhao. I would strenously recommend avoiding these 2 sellers.
I would recommend that buyers that do order guitars, request seeing photos of their guitars before agreeing to have them posted.
Again, some of the sellers are fine, but Musicgarden and Guitarhao should be avaided at all cost.
I have received 3 watches. A link came out of the strap on one of them, but they are all working and I would be happy to order another if the mood took me.

I ordered two watches. Both were defective and not usable when delivered. Completely unable to get a replacement or refund! I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Ordere shoes that now they have arrived are horrendous. The quality is poor, they look nothing like they should do. The seller has disappeared so can’t leave a review or open a dispute. They make it complicated so you can’t complain. You are only allowed to open a dispute once the thing has been delivered but if you say it has been delivered you then are not allowed to open a dispute. It’s disgusting. They leave no way for you to contact sellers or warn other people of what a waste of money things are.

Not worth the hassle and stress that comes with it.

I ordered some computer accessories for resale, for over £1000. The seller sent me a product with similar packaging, good enough to fool me. I started selling them and got a huge amount of returns. It turns out they sent me a completely different product worth half the value. I contact dhgate and they said there is nothing they can do because I contacted them more than 21 days after the product arrived even though I had been scammed.

I tried to give dhdate one last go with some similar computer accessories. The seller sent them and again, everything looked good. I started selling them and got a mammoth amount of returns again. Turns out this time I was sent counterfeit goods. Once again dhgate do nothing because 21 days has passed.

I contacted both sellers and of course, neither reply.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR ITSELF.

I wanted to thank the DHgate customer service, I managed to obtain my refund despite being in France with a big delivery problem due to the Colissimo post office. I gathered the evidence of the dispute and was finally reimbursed. The exchanges with customer service were positive even if it took a long time, thanks to customer service.

Hilarious you write a review detailing your complaints they ask you to contact them but give no details on how to do so. DH gate if you genuinely are trying to sort it give me a proper email address to contact and do as you’ve previously promised to do REFUND all the money I have had to pay

When I finally received my purchase, it was nothing like the photographs on the website I ordered from. I tried contacting the seller and then DH Gate for help. The only 'help' I received was to be told my photos were insufficient evidence. Do they expect me to fly to China to show the item I received to them in person? Avoid these scammers!!

I received an item half the size of the one advertised in the seller's picture. I guess I should be amazed that I actually received it! When I first raised the size issue with the seller, then DH Gate to lodge a dispute, the only 'help' I received was to be told my photos were insufficient evidence. I'm not sure what proof they would accept but I'm not prepared to fly to China with my disputed item! Seriously though, avoid these scammers please.

I ordered 3 sports jerseys from DHgate. I received them 9 months later. Quality is not great but its only $20 so it is worth it.

Really not happy with Dhgate, I ordered 2 pairs of trainers to the value of £79.80, they never came, opened a dispute and was assured I would get a refund. Got the refund of £0.08p. Can't get in touch, waiting on another order, was ordered before my refund came through, will NEVER EVER order again, would definitely not recommend this app to anyone, as no-one to contact, the order was from. dhshoescfashion88. WILL NOT BE USING THIS APP AGAIN.. brought a S23 ultra phone through the site, I don't usually ever buy a phone this way but I thought I'd give it a go, the seller was SUPER2022 there reviews weren't that bad Obviously the reviews are made up, I brought it for my son for Christmas, when it arrived I thought looks great but soon as we turned it on and started to use it we noticed it kept reverting (opening) to the app in the top right hand corner, after messaging the seller, the responses were not good, I have sent video after video to the seller SUPER2022 and started a Debate through this company which seems to go on and on, all I want is a refund now or a fully tested phone but I would prefer a a refund, I would say to anyone don't use this app.
