Warranty problems

The engineers turned up on time . Boiler was fitted ok and they cleaned up .The engineers was very good and completed job with out fuss.
Bad points - Boiler fitted on 9th Feb 2023 and they have not registered the Bosch boiler ? Sent a number of emails and I did get a reply but still not registered and it’s 22nd March 2023 . Also they have not done the building registration certificate?
Up date on 27th March building reg letter came today and the boiler certificate as been done . I Did receive phone call from sales manager to promise to complete the paperwork. Which did

The Engineers turned up on time and the…

Good and Bad

The Engineers turned up on time and the installation was expertly done. Clean and good workers. A little disappointed that the warranty was taken by them to their Head Office to apply for the 10 year guarantee on call outs, parts and labour. Was told I will receive the guarantee in 3-4 weeks. Odd as I did pay additionally for the extended warranty

Most disappointing was that I was not advised that I will need to pay an additional amount annually to have the boiler serviced so my guarantee is valid!

Namesless lady at Head Office not happy that I would be paying by bank transfer...suprising
