Wrong item delivered from China. Returned to Thailand. Completely ignored by Deziretrip for reimbursement. If you use this company you can expect to lose your money.

Fake Shop !!!
They sell fake Shoes, and send it from China… Nobody knows this Company in Anfing, i was there!!!

Hi, will not buy there again. Trying to get your money back is made as hard as possible. Be carefull.

This is a fake shop, selling faked Shoes.

This is a fake online shop. This is not a reputable online shop. There is no imprint, only a German address. The guidelines state that returns should be sent to a German address, which is not true. I am supposed to return to Vietnam. They also sell fake goods. Not original!!! Hands off.

I booked my ticket through Dezire Trip and I not only got the best deal but also their way of handling the customers is great. I was very confused in booking my tickets but they helped me alot to decide which options should I book and trust me I got the best airlines with best timings and best fare as well. I would highly recommend Dezire Trip to all my near and dear ones.

First experience is nice. I have received decent response and reasonable price. Only four star because till now travel is not done. I will provide more input post travel.

Himanshu helped me in getting a good deal from Qatar Airways. The response was very quick and he was cool while I asked him so many times to change the travel dates atleast(4-5 times), every time he was patient and gave very good feeling without getting irritated. Overall it was quite satisfactory, and I will go to him for my next booking. I recommend others too.

Israel is very helpful and have lot of patience.

I had a bad experience booking a ticket with them. I had booked a ticket with them in July 2015 for New York to JFK at $1519 of Emirates. After 30 min,they called me back and said that they have booked this ticket at lower cost than market price. So, they put a hold and revised the ticket to $1595.
Also, I had asked twice about carry on luggage. They informed me that I can carry one laptop bag and one 7-8 kg bag. But, Emirates has changed the rule since NOV 2014 for carry on luggage. They allow only one bag as a carry on. Dezire trip didn't inform me about this, even when they were aware about it.

Booking tickets was simple with them. Connected with DENNIS and he was great in directing and clarifying me about the rates and furnished more choices with better rates. Awesome service EVER SEEN!!!!!
