I paid for 2 rooms last year and did not receive the product.
The designs were created by a complete beginner. I had a project with 6 rooms, and this was a challenging experience for both me and the assigned designer.
In general, I wouldn't call their service "interior design", it's more of a rendering service. Their service is better suited for those who know what they want and just need their ideas visualised. In this case, it can be a helpful way to avoid the steep learning curve of 3D modelling programs. However, if you need advice look elsewhere.
My assigned designer made a number of obvious beginner mistakes, such as designing wardrobes that were only 20cm deep, top kitchen cabinets with the same depth as the bottom ones, and leaving a 10 cm gap between the bathtub and the wall, though the bathtub was supposed to be wall-to-wall. When I asked her to add more storage space to the bathroom, she made it look like a walk-in closet. I encountered many impractical solutions that sometimes left me speechless. I had to carefully review all the drawings due to measurement errors. The designer didn't consider the practical aspects of what she designed, like water access and vent placement, which made the initial kitchen options unrealistic. The same applied to wall-mounted taps and bathroom niches, which in reality required extra space behind the wall. I had no prior knowledge of these issues either, but I had to research and bring them to her attention.
This project took ages to complete due to the numerous revisions. I wouldn't say that the assigned designer had good taste either. When I mentioned that the room looked boring and lacked accents her solution was to add two wide black strips on each side of the TV.
The project ended on a sour note. When she delivered the final project, I noticed that some measurements were missing and some were unreadable. I requested her to update the final project, but she only provided me with screenshots of the missing elements. When I insisted and mentioned reporting this to her manager, she became rude and asked me not to contact her again. The manager has yet to respond.
