I've been using Dext to bypass third party processing in my one man bookkeeping business - for the past 2? years. At this stage I'm still using the very basic stuff - but the basics are running excellent - the doc extracting does what it is supposed to do. There are additional features introduced which I do not use but will do so once I make time to get acquainted with it. Another thing is that the support is very effective - via the chat bot or via human support - as far as I can recall the human support reacted the same day when asked for.

It was ALOT of work and probably a couple hours of time, and he stuck with me, error after error, great support, so appreciate it all! Dext is a great tool and support is ALWAYS there

I accidentally duplicated the payment to Dext a while ago. I contacted their support team, and the issue was resolved very quickly from their side. The customer service company Dext provides is as perfect as the software itself!

Shortly after searching the help articles, I received an email asking I’d found the help I was looking for. I replied explaining the problem and within minutes I had a response with the correct information. Great customer service! Thank you!
