Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish! Specialists from deverandaboer came up with a solution for our not typical situation, suggested multiple alternatives and were very supportive making it easy for us to make a final decision.
The communication was great on all phases, and the actual veranda delivery was on a top level!

Our veranda’s lighting was fixed. Thank you for the quick action after posting in the review. Kudos to the whole team who have done the after service. We can now enjoy the holidays ahead!
Veranda was mounted fine last November 2025. Workers and agents are kind.
But after a month, the lightings of our veranda is not working anymore. Requested for the team to check and fix it, but still haven’t got a response when. I really hope we can use the Veranda this Christmas season!

Poor Quality and Lack of Professionalism
I purchased a veranda from this company in February 2023 (with invoice no 23700032), and it was finally delivered and installed in April 2024. Unfortunately, the problems began immediately after installation.
Multiple serious issues arose, including defective lighting, persistent water leakage, rusting locks, and questionable build quality. I raised these concerns multiple times, but the company failed to respond properly or provide any lasting solutions. Most of the communication ended with ignored emails and vague or unhelpful replies through WhatsApp or phone calls.
The materials appear to be imported and not compliant with European standards, I specifically requested proof of compliance (e.g. with NEN-3569 for glass), but they have never provided any documentation. This raises serious safety and quality concerns.
Their lack of professionalism, poor after-sales service, and failure to stand behind their product make it clear that I would not recommend this company to anyone. This has been a deeply frustrating and costly experience.

Dank voor uw uitgebreide feedback. Wij nemen graag de tijd om enkele belangrijke punten toe te lichten met betrekking tot het verloop van dit project, zodat toekomstige klanten een eerlijk en volledig beeld krijgen.
Na uw akkoord in februari 2023 is uw bestelling binnen de standaardtermijn van 5 weken geproduceerd en gereedgemaakt voor montage. Vervolgens is door u aangegeven dat de montage locatie nog niet gereed was, waarop de plaatsing — op uw verzoek — is uitgesteld. Deze uitstel heeft ruim een jaar geduurd, waarin wij uw product kosteloos hebben opgeslagen en het openstaande bedrag niet hebben gevorderd. Deze extra lasten hebben wij volledig op ons genomen, in het belang van klanttevredenheid.
Het verlichtingsprobleem dat zich na montage voordeed, is binnen een week door onze technische dienst opgelost. Ook bij de melding over waterlekkage — ontstaan door een montage op uw eigen verzoek, buiten de standaardoplossing om — hebben wij niet gewezen op garantievoorwaarden, maar direct service verleend. Sindsdien is er geen enkele klacht meer ontvangen.
De toegepaste glasdelen zijn CE-gecertificeerd en voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidsnormen (EN12150). Omdat er meerdere leveranciers betrokken waren en het om een oudere levering ging, heeft het iets langer geduurd om documentatie op te vragen. U gaf zelf ook aan het glas door een onafhankelijke partij te willen laten controleren en ons te informeren bij eventuele afwijkingen. Tot op heden hebben wij hier geen reactie op ontvangen.
Wij willen ook benadrukken dat er inmiddels een mooie veranda bij u staat, vakkundig gemonteerd en 100% functionerend. We hebben ruim meegedacht, extra service geleverd en voor aanvullende zaken geen kosten gerekend. Sinds de afronding, inmiddels anderhalf jaar geleden, hebben wij niets meer van u vernomen — geen enkel serviceverzoek of klacht. Daarom vinden wij het opmerkelijk dat er pas nu een negatieve review verschijnt, zonder enige tussentijdse communicatie. Dit komt voor ons onverwacht, temeer omdat er tussentijds geen contact is gezocht om samen tot een oplossing te komen.
Wij staan voor kwaliteit en service en nemen elke vorm van feedback serieus, maar wij vinden het jammer dat onze inzet op deze manier onvoldoende wordt gewaardeerd.

Excellent Service and High-Quality Veranda Installation
I recently had a veranda installed by De Verandaboer. The service was excellent from start to finish. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right veranda for my home. The installers were professional and efficient, and they did a great job of installing the veranda. I am very happy with the finished product, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Good product, good company
I am very much pleased with the quality of the product. Additionally, the lead time between placing order and delivery/construction was very short. It has been installed within 1.5 days. Last but not least, I have been given service on time due to the water drops happening inside veranda and that problem has been overcome quickly.
